I love the selection of plants I’m sent each month with a lovely pot to put them in.
I’d love to some ways to make some of my plants hang down (macrame style holders) as my plant selection grows I’m running out of windows sills to use!
I’m always excited to see my new plants each time they are shipped.

"When receiving my first subscription…"

When receiving my first subscription order I was so excited but my first order came in not so great condition. This was resolved very quickly by bloombox and they sent me out a replacement (this one is healthy and well). My next subscription came and its a beautiful plant but the condition again of this plant was not the best. I'm hoping third time lucky. But overall the plants are very unique and beautiful the pots are great quality.

"Areca love"

Lockdown 2020 introduced me to Bloombox and the idea of creating a ‘green oasis’ at home. I thoroughly enjoyed Dr Katie’s ’Plant Therapy’ (a thing of beauty itself and a lovely book to have in any home) and have gifted it to several friends. But I had no idea just how much I’d love the process of oasis building and indoor ‘plant parenting’ a fast-growing collection. To speak of having a ‘relationship’ with my plants is actually no exaggeration. Having made a couple of purchases from the Bloombox shop I graduated to a subscription and am absolutely delighted with my lovely new Araca Palm in its perfect pot. And the care card and beautifully printed accompanying booklets are icing on the cake. Deliveries (plants, and the gorgeous wild incense spray) arrived in robust packaging in perfect condition. I am delighted - and looking forward to monthly new arrivals and the education and satisfaction that come with them. I’ve discovered that Instagram is home to hundreds, perhaps thousands, of plant lovers (including Bloombox) from whom I’m learning a lot. A wonderful discovery in strange times - extending qualities that I love about my garden inside my home. Thank you!

Great quality plants in attractive pots - what’s not to like?

"Wish they used a different delivery service"

I've ordered things from Bloombox a couple of times and have had nothing but issues with the delivery. Packages have been lost, damaged and the plants inside completely battered when they arrive. The most recent issue has been with Hermes - It's impossible to contact Hermes when you have an issue and Bloombox don't have a number you can call. They take a couple of days to reply to emails which is not helpful when you're trying to find out where your package is and why Hermes keep missing the delivery slot given.

I won't be buying anything from Bloombox again because of how infuriating the delivery service is, which is disappointing because I think they could be great otherwise! I would potentially reconsider if they had a better delivery service but I have no intention of going through the hassle of having to use Hermes ''customer service'' ever again.

"Could be better"

First order was seamless, no issues and very happy recipient.
Second order was a different story - tried to send item to an address in Europe. This request was, for reasons best known to themselves, very challenging for this company/their courier. Twice the parcel was 'lost in transit' (I double checked the address with the recipient and it is correct) and I was left chasing the progress over the period of a month. In the end I requested a refund as it seemed the easiest solution. There was little interest from Bloombox in resolving the situation. Sadly, despite the initial positive experience, I won't be using this company again nor will I recommend them to friends or colleagues.
