"I've had an amazing first experience…"

I've had an amazing first experience with Bloombox. I ordered 3 plants and they all came happy and healthy. However, one of the plants was incorrect so I emailed customer service and within the same night it was all sorted. They sent out the new plant free of charge and said I could keep the mistaken plant as a little gift for the inconvenience. I can't fault the service and want to give a shout out to Bridgette, who was amazing.

It has been a great pleasure to deal with this company. My plants arrived extremely well packaged and were very healthy.
Certainly a company that I will buy from in the future.
I had a query about my order which was replied to very quickly.

"Had a subscription for 3 months"

Had a subscription for 3 months - not once did I receive a plant.
Even got called a liar by the customer service team because the 2nd instalment said ‘delivered by in the tracking info - even though month 1 & month noted ‘delivery issues’

Eventually got things refunded but what a total waste of my time

"Only received half the order"

Bought a subscription package which promised a plant, wellbeing guide and a booklet. When the box arrived the books were missing emailed customer services who promised these would be sent out within 7 days. One month later and I am still waiting for these to arrive. Emailed customer services again asking for the guide and booklet and have not had a response.

"Received someone else's order!"

*edit* satisfied with the response and await the arrival of my new plant.

Received someone else's plants and not the plant and pot I ordered. My name & address on the package but someone else's name and address on the order slip. Very disappointed as it wasn't cheap. Wrote an email and still awaiting a reply and have been advised may be longer than the original 48hr time frame. Not sure what to do with the wrongly received plants as they will surely die in the box while awaiting a response.

"Not great"

Plants always arrive late or not at all, have had to email about every one to make sure it arrived. Have had multiple payments taken for one months subscription. One plant was packaged wrong and arrived upside down so when you opened it soil went everywhere

"I received my subscription as a gift"

I received my subscription as a gift, and it was absolutely brilliant. I looked forward to receiving my plants (which arrive promptly and in beautiful condition) and it has started me on my journey with live plants rather than Faux!! and I never buy cut flowers for others, I always buy them a plant.
