I have a monthly subscription and have received 6 plants now, all plants look great and I love that it’s a surprise.
The only improvement I could suggest is that it is a bit pricey for me personally but I can halt the subscription immediately if needed!

I was going to order a plant that was £22. The site automatically gave me a discount bringing it down to £19.80. Postage was £6.95. A bit pricey, I thought, but nevertheless I pushed ahead. Then I was informed they don’t accept orders under £20. You would have thought they would be quite happy to accept any business during the present conditions, especially when postage is being paid for. I bought elsewhere for £13 with free postage.

Thanks for your reply, but I wasn’t complaining about the price of delivery. I was actually complaining about the £20 minimum spend when my order was £19.80 and you wouldn’t fulfill it. You should look at this.

"Order #83475: Didn’t hear a thing for 5 days and still no dispatch date"
Didn’t hear a thing for 5 days, contacted customer services who responded after 24 hours on email but still didn’t provide a dispatch date. Not good enough and definitely better service out there for similar products. Yes I understand that there was uncertainty from Brexit but don’t take my money without any disclosure of massive delays!!!

It's a lovely idea. I purchased a subscription for my partner's birthday and he's just received his first plant, which is lovely. The main issue I have with this is that when the recipient goes to activate the voucher it shows them how much the subscription costs?! It's a very expensive subscription and showing how much it costs so obviously really dampened the gift as a whole for both of us. Just be aware that if you're buying this as a gift for someone, they're going to know exactly how much it cost you.

I have just received the second of 3 gift flowers, and they are lovely plants in stylish pots. Given Brexit and Covid I was expecting delays but so far so good. No, if only I could keep the plants alive....

I bought this for my boyfriend and he has the monthly subscription.
He had had his 3rd plant now and 4th is due soon.
Some plants we have received, we have found that they aren't really appropriate for our UK home. They need more sunlight than we can give.
One of the plant pots was just awful! It was so cheap and flimsy! The others have been great but this one is awful!
We are going to use this next plant for us to decide if we will carry on or not
