I ordered a plant as a Christmas present for my son and daughter in-law. First email I received said the plant would be delivered after Christmas, which would have been kind of acceptable. Now had an email saying the beginning of January due to the problems at UK ports??? I was of the impression that as they took my order that the plant was in stock so fail to see what UK ports have to do with the delay. As a first-time buyer, I don't have a good impression of this company and have now had to purchase additional Christmas presents for my son and daughter in-law to make up for the disappointment.

"Waste of time and money"
Plant turned up looking rather unhealthy (however thought this was down to delivery) within a week we found the plant was riddled with bugs and then died. I have purchased many plants online from competitors of bloombox and I can say I will continue to shop there in the future and would advise you to do so.

"Got half my order and another customers!"
I bought several plants with Bloombox on Monday 14th and my experience so far has not been great. The plants arrived yesterday (21st) but only half my order arrived plus I received another customer's plant ( their packing details were in the box so confidentiality breach). You cannot reach this company by telephone as they only accept emails, and warn you it could take as long as 48 hours to respond due to being busy. If you try email again, your first email will go to the back of the queue. The plants are lovely but I would not use this company again due to the poor communications.
UPDATE: After this review was published, I received an email from the company with an update on my order. Half of it was still with the delivery company. There was an apology for the order mix up and the remainder of my goods arrived this morning. As a guesture of goodwill, BB said I could keep the plant that was sent to me in error. Overall I am happy with the plants I received but the communication system needs to be more responsive than 48 hours, as customers should not be left in the dark for that long.

I was a plant novice before signing up to the subscription and had never been able to keep one alive. I absolutely love the subscription. I enjoy the surprise of which plant I will be getting, learning about the different plants each month and the care guide that comes with each one has meant that so far I have I haven’t killed any! The plants and pots have really brightened up my house too. I’d really recommend.

I love the two plants and pots that I recently bought from Bloombox. The quality of both is excellent, and I am also very impressed with the packaging. My second plant was stuck in a Hermes warehouse for a week so Bloombox sent a replacement, free of charge. Excellent and friendly customer service. I will purchase from them again. Thanks!
