"No communication..."
I used to love bloombox and wait for their deliveries with anticipation. I actually changed my subscription to the slightly more expensive monthly subscription that includes some gifts and a 12 month journey...
so far I have been very disappointed.
I was very apprehensive posting this as being a small business owner, I know things are hard and brexit has not helped given that bloombox is EU. I understand that.
What I don’t understand is them taking money for quite an expensive subscription and then hearing nothing for almost a month. Finally received January’s subscription (money taken beginning of the month) a week ago. February’s payment was taken a while ago and have heard nothing since. I understand that there are some difficulties with supply and delivery, but the lack of any communication is infuriating, especially when I receive several emails a week encouraging me to spend more.
Decembers plant was in transit 10 days and died a week after being unboxed (blamed this on delivery at the time as not the company’s fault, but they didn’t respond to any emails saying I hadn’t received the item that Hermes was saying I had), jan’s plant received in feb, and no sign or indication of where feb’s plant might be. At this point I want to cancel, but I’m out £40 minimum!
The plants and pots were so lovely and the advertising is great... but customer service is shocking and the last 3 months have just been very disappointing.

I'm so happy with the service that bloombox gives me, the plants are lovely , really well packaged so they don't get damaged, if an problem you only have to email and they deal with the problem straight away , cant recommend them enough.

I can't comment on plants as I only ordered a pot. Pot is lovely. Packaging brilliantly eco. No plastic and very secure. A plant pot for me and packaging great fun for my kittens! Would use Bloombox again.

I received a gift subscription for Christmas, and I hadn’t anticipated how much I’d end up loving it! It’s very exciting each month when I receive the notification my plant is on its way. The plants are healthy and beautiful, carefully packed, with loads of info on how to care for them.
