I love bloombox. All the plants and pots have been beautiful and easy to care for. It’s An affordable way to build up a green home! I love having plants around the house but I have a busy lifestyle and to find the perfect plant and pot takes time, bloombox gives you the reward and values your time. It’s 10/10 from me. 🙂

Incredibly satisfied customer for the last 6 months. Receive one plant monthly through the subscriptions, but I've also ordered single plants as and when I've felt like it.
Plants always arrive well packaged and healthy, pots are minimalistic and easy to match with any interior.

"Great service and customer care"
My first plant was despached but sat at the courier's for over 10 days. It wasn't in great condition when it eventually arrived so I let Bloombox know and they offered to send a replacement. The information is great, customer service is great and there's lots of information in the emails. Very happy so far.

I'm not a club member- just a purchaser of pots and plants. The plants were well protected in transit and turned up looking great. Pots are excellent quality. Bridgette in customer service is a superb ambassador for bloombox.

If I could give less than one star I would. I am still without my August subscription service and I am now coming to the end of September and I am still not received my September pot?
I keep getting told they are looking into it and they have had difficulties with the plant.
Somehow don’t believe it takes two months to send out a plant and nearly a month to send out a pot and investigate.
Worst service. I found the pots and plants they would be sending out half the price in my local garden nurseries and in the likes of Homebase etc
P.S. Their reply has nothing to do with my actual query and are making it look like it is all sorted when in actual fact its not sorted and is not the case at all. If they had looked into it properly that would be able to see the dates when all this started and payments where made for subscriptions etc.
One way to make it look like you did some work, but havent actually resolved anything. ALSO you cant actually speak to their team its all email based.

So pleased with our plants and the pots are really well made and premium.
We are not using the subscription as yet, however, everything we have purchased so far has arrived in great condition, very promptly, with no issues.
Really pleased we found Bloombox. We will definitely continue to buy our house plants from here.

I had a 3 month subscription to Bloombox as a present. The plants I have recieved are all beautiful, slightly unusual (which is a good thing) with lovely pots. I especially like the information cards that come with them to help me to know how best to look after them.
