"Horrendous! Don't waste your money better plants from a supermarket for half the price!!"

Horrendous!! My plant arrived with root rot! I emailed a week later stating this as my plant was falling apart, to be told there was nothing they could do and that it was my fault for repoting the plant to early. I wouldnt have had to repot the plant if they would have put it in a suitable pot in the first place (not gonna leave it in a pot that is falling over) as it's just gonna damage it even more, and is not safe to have a cactus falling over around children and dogs!! They advice you on the website that the plant needs a 11cm pot which you can purchase on checkout...... Do not fool for this as its just a con for you to spend more money, as apparently the plant shouldn't have been potted for atleast two years!!(so why are we adviced to buy a pot) nothing was stated on their care guide about this! Absolutely disgusting £45 wasted on a gift that I wasn't able to give! I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company!!! I've had better,more healthy plants from a supermarket 😂😂awful customer service, horrendous plants and a company who does not have a clue about plants clearly as they couldn't see that this was root rot as the root was mushy,soaking wet and falling apart!!! I hadn't even watered the plant as I no they require very little and thought it would of been watered before hand and allowed my plant to settle in its environment for two days before re-potting!! Honestly I beg you to shop around before you buy from here as if you are unlucky enough to have received a unhealthy plant from here they WILL NOT REPLACE THIS PLANT, THEY WILL BLAME CUSTOMERS FOR REPOTTING IT( ALTHOUGH THIS WAS ADVICED UPON CHECK OUT) AND THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO ASSIST YOU OR REPLACE YOUR PLANT!!

"My box of green"

Love receiving my box from Bloombox that always arrive with the plant in great condition carefully packed inside (the care card is so simple!).

Most of all I like the honesty of it all. No green washing, no hidden advertising in the box & no substitutions!

"Advertised as ceramic pots but received woven"

I signed up and received two monthly plants from Bloombox Club and was very disappointment that the pots that I received were not ceramic.

On the front page their website it says they would be ceramic, so when the first one arrived I accepted it but then the second month also arrived in a woven basket.

I signed up and justified the cost because I thought I would be getting beautiful ceramic pots with interesting plants (the plants were great). But after receiving zero ceramic pots I feel like the website was false advertising, as it clearly states the type of pots and woven isn't it.

I was ready to recommend to my friends the subscription as the concept is great and plants are very interesting but I cannot in good faith do so because of this Issue with the pots - my friends would also want lovely ceramic pots too and I’m sure would have assumed this like I have.

The most amazing calatheas, beautiful plants expertly packaged, arrived without a mark on them, just wish I had the ability to keep them so pristine.

"I really wish I could give a better…"

I really wish I could give a better review as I love the idea of this company. However, since I first subscribed back in June I received my first plant very late as they lost my order and then sent me the same plant for the next month. I emailed them requesting a different plant and they replied that there was no more of the auguest months plants left. They did refund me for the August month so I was happy as it was a suitable and nice gesture.
I hope future orders are better as I really do love the idea.

"The first month was the best"

The first month was the best. I got an email telling about this month's plant, a little card with the plant to tell me about it and care advice. The 2nd month the plant got changed last minute. Now any old plant arrives at any time! Wish it was how it was 4 months ago.
