I was really impressed with the customer service I was offered following an issue with an order. I received a new replacement plant which was delivered quickly. The lady who processed this was polite and helpful. The new plant (Monstera) arrived healthy.

We have subscribed to the larger plant box and have been impressed by what we have received seen so far. We’ve had two plants both quite leafy and in a really lovely ceramic pot. If the plants do grow as large as they say then we will need to report them at some point as it won’t suffice. The instruction leaflet that comes with the plant is really thorough and leaves nothing to chance!

"I’ve loved all my plants."
I’ve loved all my plants that I’ve received so far. They’ve been really healthy, good quality and care instructions very clear and easy to follow. The pots are lovely too.
I do think the website could be a little more user-friendly, especially the account section, but other than that I’m really happy with my subscription.

I've been very impressed with Bloombox Club. I've only had positive experiences with the delivery, it has always come within a 2-3 days of ordering and packaged a lot safer than some other companies I have ordered from so plants arrive in great condition. Love the subscription service, really enjoy the surprise each month and do think it is value for money as you do get a decorative pot included.

Customer service is great, I was concerned about shipping taking a little longer and the plant being in a box but the shipping process makes sure that the plant is totally comfortable during shipping. Very good news!

"Bloombox Classic Subscription"
I love my Bloombox classic subscription and the plants that have arrived are beautiful and in very good condition. I am a new plant mum so was a little worried about my lack of experience, but the plant care guides have been super helpful and so far all 5 of my plants are thriving!
On top of the lovely plants the pots are good quality as well, and so far have matched the plants they arrived with.
Only negative is the use of Hermes as the courier. When they arrive they are often not holding the plants the right way up and can be a bit rough. Almost all the plants have lost a few leaves and taken a bit of TLC to get them looking happy again.

"Great plants, great customer service!"
My experiences with Bloombox Club have been great - although there was a delay with my first subscription order, they were quick to send an email before I had even realised there was an issue. The Classic plants then unfortunately run out so they sent me the Special plant instead at no extra cost. Whilst there was a few hiccups, they constantly kept me updated along the way which was very appreciated! All the plants and pots I received from them have been of great quality and I love the surprise of the monthly subscription - it is definitely worth the money.

We came across Bloombox by chance, but what a good find! We have ordered two plants so far and they are both beautiful! The plant pots are also beautifully made! They arrived in good time and in good condition, and the information about plant care is a great help too.
We can't wait to buy more!

I have had a Bloombox subscription for around 3 years now and I couldn't be happier with the service! I have been paying £17 per quarter to receive a mystery plant which has always been so exciting! At the start I was concerned that I may just be receiving plants from the cheaper range on their site (as they also have a gorgeous and vast selection of plants available to purchase) but that is not true at all, I have received so many wonderful and different plants over the course of my subscription. Recently their plans have changed and whilst I do think their new prices for a standard plant plus pot are a bit steep (compared to the cost of their old plan of a standard plant without pot) however I love it too much to cancel over this.
The customer service is superb, I have only ever had one problem and it was solved immediately with a solution I was more than happy with! The plants are delivered safely by courier and in two layers of protective cardboard boxes. I have never received a broken or damaged plant throughout the duration of my subscription thus far.
Overall I would highly recommend Bloombox Club to anyone who loves plants and fancies the idea of receiving a surprise every month/quarter, and if a subscription isn't for you I'd recommend looking at their available to buy plants and they really have a fantastic, beautiful and unique selection!!
