Good service with prompt delivery following the original order. I've ordered 4 plants, and a few pots, 3 plants came in fantastic condition but 1 was fairly battered. I followed BloomBox's what to do if the plant is damaged guidance and the matter was swiftly resolved. Very friendly customer service and a good experience all round. Can get a touch expensive.

I've been using bloombox for about a year and a half now and I can say they never disappoint! I get my special surprise delivered every 3 months and it always comes packaged with care.
