"Elephant ear plant is not happy!"

I love getting a new plant in the post and so far each one has been lovely and it has thrived. However my last plant received is struggling and it’s had two stems and leaves die off. The Elephant Ear Alocasia Plant arrived with 4 stems one of which was already yellow on arrival. I’ve followed the instructions to the letter and it’s just not happy. I’ll persevere but think I’ll be reconsidering my subscription in the future. £35 is a lot of money to be left with just a pot!

My favourite day is plant day! That tap on the door and a new addition to the house! You may think I'm crazy, I'm not! I just love the mix of different, unusual plants around my house. The plants and pots aren't only fabulous, but the service all good (although never had any issues so couldn't comment on the complaints handling approach!). Email comms is useful and not excessive. Can't complain, can only recommend.

I turned to BloomBox after the plants I purchased from my local garden centre constantly dying, and I have never looked back!! They’re always so healthy and happy when delivered and the subscription includes a care card which is incredibly helpful for a novice like me. Have already recommended to all my family and BloomBox is definitely the place to build my plant home!

Great selection of plants and quick dispatch. Unsure about the use of Hermes as a courier service however, I find they are less careful and slower vs. other delivery services.

The plants are always brilliant and a really high quality. They are packaged well too.
My recent experience with customer service was not a pleasant one. I have a quarterly subscription but received an order and was charged for two consecutive months. I emailed regarding this issue but was told on several occasions that my order was monthly and that I was the one in the wrong.
It was only once I had evidence of a previous email exchange that I was refunded and an apology was issued.
