"nice concept but dead plants within a month"
It is exciting to receive a new plant each month. We liked the variety and the pots they came in. Unfortunately two out of the three plants are now dying (ones leaves have gone yellow and fallen off and the other just shrivelled up). It’s sad really. We did what the instructions told us to but within less than a month they were ready for the bin. Upsetting really.

My favourite online house plant shop! Every order has been well packaged with beautiful plants that have flourished! Absolutely love the pots too especially my latest artichoke pot! Keen to sign up to plant subscription so that’s probably next on the cards! Love bloombox!

I’ve subscribed for a couple of months. I had an issue one month with delays in delivery due to issues with the delivery company and the plant that arrived was in poor condition but bloombox sent me a replacement and gave me the option of a refund.

Totally amazing, love the surprise factor each month when my plant arrives, I've not had a damaged plant or pot yet. All plants have been healthy and doing really well, would recommend to anyone wanting to green up their house or flat.

I’m so happy with my subscription, every month I have received the most beautiful plants, my favourite so far has been an Elephant Ear Sting Ray plant!
It’s such a reasonable price and I love that you get a care card so you can’t go wrong, very important for me being a novice plant mother!
Everything arrives really well packaged and the communication is brilliant.
My house is looking so much more homely now thanks to my little oasis and I’m so excited to see it grow!

"Placed an order on 29/07/20"
Placed an order on 29/07/20. Received no dispatch email and tracking didn’t give us any info. Totally understand that deliveries take slightly longer during the current climate. Received an email from bloom box stating that 1 of the plants that we had paid for was now out of stock and that we would be refunded. We asked for a similar replacement plant, to which we received no reply. Waited 5 more days and still
No dispatch or delivery update on tracking or email from bloombox. I emailed bloombox to say that the delivery was now so late that we would not be at home to receive it as we are going away for two weeks and wish to cancel. 2 days later we received an email Stating it couldn’t be cancelled as it had been shipped, there was also no information on the out of stock replacement plant. I then received an email saying that my parcel had been delivered. I assume the plants are now on my doorstep where they’ll be for Two weeks due to us being away. Terrible customer service and communication.

I have always had a great experience with the Bloombox Club. Yeah, they can be a little pricey over say eBay, but, for convenience, always nice plants. I now have many.
