Plants are great, but how you can sell a '13-14cm' plant pot with an internal dimension of 10cm and then tell me that the website is 'clear' about this... I don't know. I won't be ordering again.

"I still havent received any plant or explanation"

One month after activating my 3-month subscription to bloombox I havent received any plant. I have contacted the customer services department and I am still waiting for an explanation (and the plants).

After having a horrible experience with a few other companies during the lockdown, I decided to use Bloombox for the first time.
There was a little issue with the delivery, but the customer service were very quick to fix it and I received my most gorgeous plants soon after that. All the plants arrived in great condition and packaged very carefully. So many people have commented on how beautiful and unique these plants are.
I have turned to a Bloombox addict now, and constantly look to see what new friend I can order from them.

Lovely plants, unfortunately arrived one month after I ordered them (meant to arrive within 5 days). However, I am quite happy to see that this has been updated on their website with an update explaining that orders will take longer to arrive due to Covid-19. Customer service was good and the lady who answered my emails was very efficient and fast in getting back to me.

Everything arrived in perfect condition. Reallt healthy plants and well packaged. All 3 of my plants are doing very well. Would order again 100% but at the min I'm buying wherever has the plant I want and then if there is free delivery then even better.

I’ve received two plant so far and they’re great! Such a fab idea. Customer service is superb too, I’d somehow entered an incorrect postcode and got in touch with customer service who sorted it out straight away (thank you again!). If you’d like new plants and greenery in your life I’d completely recommend trying Bloombox Club out.
