It’s a stroke of genius to have a nice plant print on the box to really make sure delivery people recognise there are live plants in it. Well over the time scale for their delivery and nothing arrived.Tracking of the courier is useless and the speed of customer service on what is going on is extremely slow. I will be moving to another plant subscription after this and I hope they have the decency to refund me. I'll not be recommending.

Terrible customer service, still no sign of my first subscription plant after weeks of waiting and 3 emails requesting help. First it was delayed then Hermes didn’t deliver it.
This was a subscription gift for me from some good friends. Very disappointing.
