"From receiving a gift to a monthly subscriber"

I recently received a gift from Bloombox Club and I was so impressed with the quality of the plant that I became a subscriber. I have since received my first two plants both which are thriving and not something I would usually pick up. I love the surprise element and the accompanying information cards. The customer service team have also been quick to respond to queries.

Plants, by subscription. I've had 3 months worth, and I've been impressed with the quality. Yes, they can probably be had cheaper elsewhere, but they are sent out quickly, they've all arrived in very good shape (usually overnighting from the Netherlands), and the pots they come in are indeed well matched. Plus, it's always exciting to get a new one! Would recommend wholeheartedly to someone who just needs a bit more green in their life, without the hassle of going out to get it.

My first bloombox order was a subscription box. After waiting a while to get it, I was confused as to where it was, emailed customer service and they replied swiftly with an order update and told me they apologise for the plant being held back. Customer service was great, they were exactly what you want from a company. All the plants I have received since I have loved and they make me so happy when they get delivered. My house is becoming my own little jungle!

I liked the company ethos and the plants and pots have been generally good quality. I have only had one issue with a damaged plant, I contacted customer services and a replacement was sent immediately.

Ive got the classic subscription, getting it was the best desicion i ever made! Being new to keeping indoor plants i wasnt sure what i would like so i gave Bloombox a go and they have introduced me to plants i never knew existed, now i’ve turned into a plant hoarder! Their customer service is brilliant and they always solve any problem straight away and are very helpful with any query. Plants are always amazing quality when they arrive, thats due to the amazing care they get from Bloombox and their suppliers. I am a very happy customer.

Every plant I’ve received with my subscription has arrived in great condition, been amazing quality and had a ton of personality. I ended up upgrading from every 3 months to every month because I couldn’t wait to see what I would get.
