"I have stayed in onefinestay apartments…"

I have stayed in onefinestay apartments several times over the years in London. I find the service I have so far encountered from everyone in their team to be faultless and their homes where I have stayed have always been clean and beautifully decorated. I am most impressive by their efforts to accommodate all requests and to find a sensible solution for issues that sometimes arise. I have also used another premium holiday let company but their flats were often not homes and felt impersonal and my experience with them generally was significantly inferior. So I have no hesitation in recommending onefinestay.

I stayed in one of the properties near Tower Bridge.

From beginning until now, the communication has been excellent. I don’t know London and I’m an anxious traveller, Onefinestay put my mind at ease at every step. I was met with someone who was friendly and informative about the property.

The property itself is so clean and comfortable - I couldn’t find fault in such a well maintained and central properly.

I stayed for the majority of my time by myself but it’s perfect for a group of friends/couples,

For someone staying mostly alone, I found the property quiet, safe and secure and honestly, I wouldn’t hesitate to return, it’s a beautiful flat within distance of all you need to really experience London x

"We rented our home out over Xmas in…"

We rented our home out over Xmas in NYC. One fine stay came to review our home as I had told them we had made some changes (Edward to be exact). They did not catch that in our listing a full bed had changed to a twin which ended up causing the renters great problems. They decided to give the renters a discount and take half of our rent on top of their huge margin. We explained it was their fault as they had come to check it but they said in their documents they are not liable. This was beyond horrible customer service when it was clearly their fault. We will never ever use them again.

We have used Onefinestay on 2 occasions- New York & Paris. Both times we were greeted by young enthusiastic locals who happily showed us around our temporary homes and provided us with some great local tips. The properties were fabulous- better than expected and very clean! We would certainly recommend Onefinestay and we would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

"We booked an apartment in Milano through plumguide"

We booked an apartment through plumguide.com in Milan , Italy for a family of 10 people. The apartment had an excellent central location , very close to the city center and on a quiet street away from the crowd.
The apartment itself was quite up to the standards we expected, and the distribution as well as the amenities in the house were enough to satisfy our family for a week-long stay.

This being said, the agency that was managing the property ( onefinestay) was certainly not up to our expectations. We were told that the check in was at a certain hour and we had to wait an additional hour and 40 minutes inside the apartment waiting for the cleaning team to finish their job , while they were supposed to have prepared everything at the check in time they stated. Moreover, when an apartment is given out to rent, there should be enough cabinets and closets to satisfy the needs of the visitors. We had to be sharing closets and cases with the homeowners belongings- which I am sure is neither something the home owner would like, nor the visitor.

In conclusion, we had no complaint about the apartment , however the management was unprofessional to a certain extent.

"Spacious Luxury Apartment in the Centre of Paris"

We wanted somewhere for the family over Christmas in Paris. We had already used Onefinestay for a two week visit and had no hesitation in using them again this time.

The apartment was spacious and very comfortably appointed. The location in the 2nd Arr was extremely convenient for walking around (there was a transport strike on so quite helpful).

The communication, welcome and follow up were all first class and we will almost certainly give them another try when next in a major city where they operate.

I stay in a lot of vacation rentals and this management company stands head and shoulders above the rest. From booking to the actual stay, attention to detail and communication was excellent. Once at the rental, the managers there were friendly and super responsive to any of our questions or requests. Highly recommend.

"We had a fabulous time in Florence"

We had a fabulous time in Florence with One Fine in Florence, The apartment was fabulous, spotlessly clean, in a great location close to the historic centre of Florence, and even had live opera (one of the neighbours rehearsing).
OFS staff were very helpful, during a power outage they knew where the trip switch was and how to re-set it, and organised activities and transfers efficiently.
All in all a great vacation.

Very good service - our original property fell through, but they found us a better property nearby at the same cost. Have used them twice in London in recent years and both properties were excellent.
