"Excellent quality as always"

Excellent quality as always, super quick dispatch and company is really responsive to emails and enquiries as well as being really helpful and friendly. Items are fantastic quality and well worth the money. I have a small dog who gets cold and hates getting wet, the jumpers and coats are ideal for her. We own a coat, jumper and a suit and they keep her warm and dry. My dog is comfortable in everything she has, has a full range of movement and nothing rubs or chafes and she warm and dry in winter walks. We also use them after bathing to help her dry off. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Equafleece.

"Quality obviously not great…"

Suit has torn within weeks of wearing it…too expensive for this to happen. A shame I’d heard a lot of positive they’ve offered to repair but I think it should be replaced.

Update as I already said they did offer a repair and my dog definitely did NOT do the damage. I would now award 1 star for the response below.

We are so pleased with our fleece jkt for our rather small cockapoo the first one was too big I must have measured wrong but equafleece exchanged it and I had a new one in 2 days and it fits perfectly. Well done to this firm it is no doubt top notch.

To measure 3 long haired border collies was extremely challenging!
My first email was New Years day, I certainly didn't expect a response that evening.
The next day I sent 3 photos of my boys along with measurements to confirm the size required. Within an hour I had my reply, placed my order and received them the very next day.
Excellent communication, customer service and not to forget the dog coats are amazing. The boys look very handsome. Most importantly keeping them dry

Easy to wash and dry quickly.
Keep rain at bay. The dogs always feel dry after use. Ive just ordered 2 more Dog jumpers for my Weimaraners .
They readily put them on and are happy to wear them. Other coats have rubbed them in the past . Brilliant customer service .
Don't really need new they last years but so impressed I wanted a spare pair .
Recommend highly.
Definitely worth the cost due to longevity and durability . Probably would last the lifetime of an adult dog.

"VORSICHT!! - Keine Erstattung von Zollgebühren bei Retouren!"

Ich habe 4 von 6 Hundepullover retourniert, Equafleece weigert sich jedoch die zuviel gezahlten Zollgebühren zu erstatten oder die notwendigen Unterlagen (Einfuhrabgabenbescheid) bereitzustellen.
Ergänzung (16.01.2025): Um die Zollgebühren vom deutschen Zoll erstattet zu bekommen, benötigt man die (internationale) Sendungsnummer des Transportunternehmens, welches die Ware über die Grenze gebracht ud somit verzollt hat.
Equafleece hat mir allerdings eine Sendungsnummer bereitgestellt, von der DHL sagt, dies sei ein innerdeutscher Transport. Somit kann ich dann natürlich auch keine Zollgebührenerstattung mit dieser Nummer beantragen....
