"Very helpful with what size to get"

I popped my dogs measurements into the website but it couldn’t give me a size so clicked the what size do I need button which then sends the details you input into the site to the help staff within like 10 minutes they emailed back asking me to double check the chest measurements I sent them the new measurements and they told me the best size. I got the full suit today and OMG I’m in love with the colour.

We’ve received our 2 Equafleeces and I am beyond thrilled.

The email information I received regarding the correct sizes to purchase was spot on, as both our dogs aren’t standard sizes.

Both are a pawfect fit. Excellent quality and finish. Hemmed beautifully too and leg length spot on, so I won’t need to cut them. I am really pleased and I can’t recommend Equafleece highly enough. Thankyou so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"Brilliant!"

I have four dogs and three wear the fleece tankies, the other is a Spitz so doesn’t need extra help to keep warm or dry. The fleece is excellent quality, is very soft/cosy and washes extremely well, they always come up like new.
All four also have the tshirt body in a stretchy cotton which I soak in water and it really helps keep them cool on hot days as they cover much more of the tummy area than the cooler vests which only really cover the top of the dog, again brilliant quality and easy to get on and off.
With more than one dog to dress when cold or hot I find the tankies quicker and easier than the traditional dog coat as I put a step in harness on top, no need for me to fiddle about with getting D rings through small holes.
There’s helpful videos showing how to measure and fit the items and even though I have a very lively tiny dog I got the perfect size on first attempt.
The colours are beautiful and the parcels arrive very quickly with Royal Mail tracking. Just brilliant!

Brilliant customer service! Ordered an item for my pooch and after ordering the wrong size, staff at equafleece guided me through the correct measurements process and replaced my item with the correct size. Very pleased and one happy puppy.

"Eine große Enttäuschung!"

Nachdem ich jetzt den 5.Hundepullover bestellt und bezahlt habe, wurden mir unberechtigt über 12 EUR ,zusätzlich, in Rechnung gestellt.Equafleece startet nun einen endlosen mail-Verkehr, um sich offensichtlich vor der Rückerstattung zu drücken.
Sehr enttäuschend - ein fairer Händler verhält sich anders.
Für mich ist die Firma gestorben.

"6 years and still going strong"

I don’t write many reviews but felt I just had to.
Over 6 years ago I bought two Equafleece suits for my two Cavapoos. I walk them every morning at a Country Park which from October to March is pretty muddy. We use the Equafleece at least 5 times per week during these months and wash them every day.
6 years later, they are still as good as new. They look the same as when I bought them. No loose stitches, no pilling, no snags. Just perfect. If only human clothes could last as well wear after wear! I swear by Equafleece. They are the best

Extremely happy with the product ordered, it fits great and the quality is amazing! We had a few issues with Royal Mail but the customer service team were super quick to jump in and assist us, couldn't be happier!

"A superb customer experience."

Equafleece has a wide range of dog clothing available in a rainbow of colours. I doubt there is a dog who wouldn’t fit one of their range of dog coats/jumpers/ tankies. The quality of the material used to make the coats is superb, they are both warm and waterproof , and easy to wash to boot.
There is lots of useful advice in the videos on their website, but the final cherry on the top for me is the personal and friendly service provided by their staff on the phone. They gave really useful advice when I was ordering coats for my two very small Yorkies. Best of all if there is a problem their exchange service is very quick to send a new item out once they have received the return. I really cannot fault their product or their level of service to customers, they are five star in both.

"Super"

Ich habe versucht, anhand der Grössentabelle zu bestellen, was leider aufgrund der Maße meines Hundes gescheitert ist. Also habe ich die Maße an Equafleece gesandt und habe in weniger als 30 min die Größe bekommen.Entsprechend bestellt und nach 12 Tagen kamen meine 4 Pullis an. Passen perfekt, halten viel aus (Hund hasst Pullis und versucht sie auf verschiedenen Wegen loszuwerden 😅). Der Versand inklusive Zoll verlief problemlos.
Wäsche steht noch aus.

"Brilliant product, excellent customer service"

Purchased as a gift. I’m a bit of a novice (to say the least) at measuring up for clothing but there was excellent advice, rapidly at hand when I got in a bit of a muddle.
Thanks to Jo’s expertise, the correct size was ordered first time. It arrived rapidly and proved a big hit. It’s really soft and stretchy and the recipient wore it happily, with no sign of any discomfort or reduced speeds (squirrel patrol!)
Really brilliant product & excellent customer service. Thoroughly recommended.
