Checkout is a pain and very poorly designed, you need to enter your details twice, once for booking and once for credit card, not great.

Operators are friendly and knowledgeable so that makes up for the poor website.

As always I have had superb service from E.B. This is the first time I have booked with the online service as it normally messes up. Only thing I now miss is speaking to the lovely very helpful staff.
