"It's never straightforward with Easy-Breaks"

It's never straightforward with Easy-Breaks. We've used them several times and have NEVER been able to find the advertised deal on their website. So you end up having to ring the call centre. The call centre is never able to answer questions about the hotel and they have to ring the hotel, sometimes two or three times during a booking!.
Yesterday was particularly weird. The two-night deal we wanted was not available online but they could do three nights. The call centre rang the hotel and could not book either two or three nights. We eventually went back to the website and booked three nights. How does that work?
They have some great deals and some great hotels but they need to improve their website and their call centre.
