Excellent deal from Easybreaks at Regent Hotel in Oban.
All booked very easily online and no problems on arrival, save slight hiccup by hotel staff!
Break very nice although hotel is slightly worse for wear in some rooms.

the on line chat system did not work so contacted them by phone to enquire whether the rooms at Loch Long hotel were loch view - the price the staff member quoted was different to the on line price. She contacted hotel and said she would ring me back. three hours later she rang back and during conversation I realised that she was talking about Loch Fyne hotel in Inverary and not Loch Long in Arrochar! Fortunatly realised this otherwise wrong hotel would have been booked. She then had to contact correct hotel and then rang me back. Booked over phone - when confirmation arrived then E mailed them to confirm that the upper room had been booked and not the ground floor as per conversation. e mail reply came quickly.
