"Poor service, unlike the past we have known for years"

The web site was non operative. Brochure for March did not give all options which were on line. Booking ref: 20879 should have included afternoon tea, please correct.

Initially tried to book online but as I had a voucher I wished to use I couldn't see how to input it so I started a chat with an advisor. He then asked for my phone number and called me immediately where he was able to help me out and make the booking. I can't recall the advisor's name but he was a very helpful chap. He also said he would forward an email confirmation and once the call finished this is what he did. Most impressed by the service and would totally recommend to friends and family.

Booked short break. Hotel was just acceptable. It was dirty.and cold. Staff were.pleasant. Suggest you check your hotels before sending clients to them
