Over the past number of years I have used Easy Breaks about 3 dozen times and never been let down or had their price beaten, quite an achievement. I find the brochure very easy to follow and easy to calculate; most of my breaks due to circumstances are usually limited to 2 or 3 days and Easy Breaks `ticks all the boxes`.

Preferred when you could use vouchers online instead of phoning, having said that the person I spoke to was very helpful & I got my break booked easily. Always told an email with confirmation will be sent & it never is which is quite annoying. The old website was much better in my opinion.

The hotel that I booked the Blackwell Grange Hotel Darlington!!! was the absolute pits it was a building site , the rooms were tatty, and the in house cleaning was shocking the passageways didn’t have any heating to and from the swimming puddle, the hotel staff were not helpful at all in trying to receive a full refund as we were leaving straight away and not prepared to spend the night there for £124 it was shocking !
My advice
DONT GO!!!!!!!!
