The new web site is atrocious ,I've booked easy breaks for years but quite honestly if I hadn't had a gift voucher to use I would have gave up and went to another company to book my latest break . Everything from the moment you click on website is bad 1- the screen is either not showing everything or the live chat icon covers it 2- the search is terrible you really need to know where you want to go before you attempt to book so the search isn't really doing it 3- the site jumps when you are look to book to the hotel under the one you want and dates change randomly 4- no option to sign in or use your voucher 5- when you do try to address the problems with live chat no one responded . On a positive note when I phoned to book I had a pleasant experience with the lady who answered my call but by that time I had noted everything on paper so I knew exactly what to book . Overall if no improvement the next time I'm looking to book a break I won't be dealing with easy breaks also won't be asking for gift voucher from family members again , regards Christine

"Satisfactory experience"

Attention to detail in the room was excellent. Service in the restaurants depended on what staff were on duty but very good in the main right up until the day of departure, had to ask to order breakfast and when it arrived the chef had told the waiter that I had to make my own toast to accompany my poached eggs, (despite having been supplied with toast on the previous two mornings!) and the bacon was raw not crispy as I had asked for, the only disappointment to our weeks' visit. The Mill experience was worth a visit.
