"Booking Process"

Booked our break via a Facebook link but didn't receive confirmation email, chatted with them via the live chat on their website and everything was sorted out, received the confirmation email and also a phone call.

"Easy breaks was most difficult …"

Easy breaks was most difficult embarrassing appalling company that I have ever made a booking with...Kirsty ( manager ) has no customer service skills what so ever !!! Hotel in question resolved easy breaks humiliating mistake...company certainly doesn’t trade by title...far from easy !!! Avoid if looking for an easy break !!!

I found the girl I spoke to on the telephone to be very helpful. Initially she could not find details of the offer which I had received by e-mail from easy-breaks but undertook to call me back which she did. From then on the whole booking process was fast and efficient.

"This is a great source for good value …"

This is a great source for good value Hotel Breaks, have used it for many years, never been disappointed.
Problem with the new website is that you have to enter all your details for each booking.
Previously, your details were retained as a regular customer and the booking process was simple and quick.
This needs to be reinstated on the new website.
