Had a voucher to use but couldn't find anywhere to put code when booking online. As it was over the new year period had to wait two days, which was the actual day we were going away, before we could talk to some-one. However, the person we spoke to was really helpful and refunded the value of my voucher.
Absolutely no problem with the staff who we have always found extremely friendly and helpful could be a problem with the online service.

Booking was easy, price was great, site is easy to use. Only concern was confirmation email took over an hour to reach my mailbox so make sure you take a note of the booking ref in case of problems. I emailed Easybreaks after waiting half an hour for the confirmation email. The reply said it had been sent and to check my spam folder. From the times on the emails, confirmation was only sent 8 minutes before the reply email, over an hour after making booking. Just a bit concerning after paying and having nothing to say you've booked.

I find Easy breaks "easy" to use with some good deals.
What I don't like is the contact phone number 0345 which is chargeable even to us that have a free calls package.
If they would change this to an 01, 02 or 03 number it would be free if the customer has a calls package with their phone provider.
If the phone number was changed I would give a 5 star review.

Lovely weekend break, good value for money.
Nice Spa though Sauna was out of order.
Lovely food.
Only down side was a faulty toilet which was reported and the chap did “fix it ‘ of a fashion and was unable to turn the radiator down due to the regulator being broken.

I saw a 2-night break at a great price, but the website wouldn't let me book for 3 nights. So I opened up the help/advise chat box, the lady (Gloria) was extremely helpful. She took my number, called the hotel & got them to agree a 3-night stay at the same rate and called me back promptly to confirm the booking. Great service - Thanks again Gloria.
