As usual booking with Easy breaks was simple. The customer service was excellent with promised call backs made at the time set.
I have booked around 200 breaks with them so they must be doing something right!

Great service but beware if having to contact them over the phone as it could be a costly phone call which was necessary as you cannot use any gift vouchers you wish to redeem over the internet!
Call centre employee very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful but free phone 0800 number would be better for customers as a straightforward booking could take up to 15 minutes call.

Really helpful staff and on the telephone a booking was easily made. However I was disappointed in new website which no longer allows a customer login and did not appear to have an obvious place to enter a voucher code at checkout, hence a telephone booking.

What a laugh!
This was our first murder mystery. It was so entertaining and kept us discussing who dun it for the rest of the evening.
The suspense carried on until the next morning after breakfast, when the final clues were uncovered and the culprit was exposed.
This is a lovely hotel. The room was comfortable and warm which was especially important as there was a snowstorm outside. The meal was delicious and the murder mystery was a fantastic ice breaker.
