I tried 3 times to book online but my payment failed each time although plenty funds in my account. However when I called the helpline the oayment and booking went through first time ... have been a customer of easybreaks since 2002 and don’t like this newer website. Also don’t understand where they get their £6 admistration fee from.

"I found the website difficult to use"
I found the website difficult to use, searching for a suitable place to stay was quite hard work. The pricing was misleading, "from prices" were generally nowhere near the quoted price regardless of the weekend I chose. Once I had chosen a destination I was unable to use the gift voucher I had been given. I had to get a rep to phone me to take the gift voucher code and then refund the value. I now have to check my credit card account to make sure I get the refund.

My husband and I have used easy breaks on numerous occasions and for the most part have enjoyed our breaks particularly the crerar hotels, the only criticism i would have is the website please stop changing it, i find I'm just getting used to it and it changes

I,ve used eassy-breaks for many years and have enjoyed the quality of the hotes.. I always recommend to many of my friends and family check them out first... my only objection if you call it that is the use of these 0843 numbers as they charge high rate not easy breaks themselves but the phone companys.. so go on easy break make it 5 out of 5

Stayed 1/2 Dec and unfortunately the hotel had Xmas party nights arranged on both nights. No problem with that but they don't have a satisfactory room in which to have them. Using the restaurant with no noise reduction is not acceptable to other paying customers. The noise of the music went on to 1am and made for a poor experience.

Mostly booking on line but sometimes I have to call in to finish my order
This can be quite costly and I wonder why you cannot go back to the 0131 number
