Despite there bieing a booking charge of £6 per booking, Easy-Breaks don't charge for Credit/Debit card use, which helps redress the extra cost.

My previous booking went awry due to a technical fault at the hotel in which we were booked. When we arrived we were told that we had been booked into an alternative hotel with similar facilities and all went smoothly.

I have had occasion to use both chat box and telephone to converse with Easy-Break reps and found them knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I have no hesitation in scoring the company Five Stars for service.

We use easy breaks a lot and we don't have any trouble at any time when booking, staff are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to get what you need and have a great time, so we will be continuing to use them in the future

Don't like new website, not easiest to follow but managed to book our 4 days break eventually. After a couple of emails to Easy Breaks I was promised I would not be charged the £6 booking fee as I was an Easybreaks member from the days of having a members card and an account with them. Well I was charged the £6 nevertheless when I booked on line as I usually do. My guess is that it's because they have done away with being a "Member " and being no facility on the new website for this. Of course "Trust Pilot" are dealing with the Reviews now.
I have given up and will pay the £6 (, less hassle ).
