Complaint made to Keter on the 08/01/2025 about the £1600.00 shed the sold me and the 4 spare roof parts they sent me. None of them fit together, Keter website is useless, when you ring them it isn't much better. we are now 12 days on and I'm still waiting for that phone call that said they would make to get this problem sorted. I got a prompt response from Keter Escalation team and they informed me that the spare part back in stock to ship in this week. I would like to change the rating from 1 star to 4 stars

"Amazing Customer service "
I have a number of Keter products dotted around my garden and I’ve never had to contact CS before. One of the gas struts unfortunately failed on my garden max storage unit and so I used their online form. Within the hour I received a response from them telling me that they are shipping the part out to my home address. Amazing customer service. Glad I chose their products and always will continue to do so.

Brilliant customer service. I needed some spare parts for my store it out max box. Emailed customer service and they have agreed to send some out free of charge

"Won't sell spare parts…"
My store it out box max (bin store)was purchased several years ago and has always been fine, however recently the lid blew off in high winds. I emailed keter and asked if I could purchase a replacement and was advised there was no stock and my warranty had expired. I wish to make it clear that at no point did I mention warranty or want the part free of charge I just needed a lid for my box. I called keter a few weeks later to check if the part was in stock, they had the part in black or grey and I said I would accept either as I just wanted the shed water tight, the girl ordered the part but when I asked about payment she said they would send an email, which I assumed would contain an invoice. I did received the email explaining that my warranty had expired?? I replied and said this was nothing to do with warranty that I just wanted a new lid, however told yet again this morning that keter don't supply parts to purchase only if under warranty. Absolutely crazy decision as I now have to skip a perfectly good bin store because the company can't/won't allow me to purchase a part not the most environmentally or customer friendly solution, I also found the last email quite rude and still going on about warranty.
Overall a poor show and not too nice customer service from keter, BUYERS be aware you cannot purchase SPARE PARTS.

"Escalation team to the rescue."
I purchased a Keter storage unit back in Sept 2003. Shortly after building it i noticed a crack in the plastic near to the hing. I contacted Keter as they stated there was a 15yr guarantee on the product. They were very helpful and sent out a replacement part. This was even more damaged than the original one and could not be used. I recontacted Keter only to be the part was not in stock and to call back. I have phoned and emailed every few weeks only to be told the same thing over and over again. The staff are rude to speak to and have no interest in getting this matter sorted. I am 10 months down the line and am no further along getting this. What is the point in having a 15yr guarantee if they have no interest and no way of fixing issues. I will not be buying from them again.
I have since been contacted by Keter escalation team who were amazing. They explained the reason there has been an issue/ delay and totally resolved my complaint 100%. Thank you

"Fantastic customer service"
Fantastic customer service. I've got a pent bin store from Keter, which is great. I've had it a couple of years, and this recent very cold snap of weather caused the hydraulic hinges to fail.
A quick and painless interaction via their website and a particularly helpful member of staff and bingo, new hinges in the post.

"Ordered a shed from Costco"
Ordered a shed from Costco. It coat £1200.
Quality was average at best. a lot of the plastic was warped and putting it all together wasn't easy as a result.
I had a broken part in the box and Keter said they don't have spares and have no idea when they'll get some more.... so that's really useful.
I now have Costco and Keter pointing the finger at each other.
Stick to wooden sheds!!!
