I have been using Bio Complete for several tears so this review is way past due. I have very little gut issues since Ive been taking it and have recommended it to numerous friends when they express problems with reflux. I just started using the Dr Gundry Pro Plant Protein so Im not sure if it’s beneficial just yet, but I love the taste of it mixed with unsweetened coconut milk.

Beware return policy...only 90 days, no matter how much you order. I suggest you order less than a 90-day supply of anything. This way, you're not out a sh-load of money, as their prices aren't exactly cheap.

Even if you feel pressed by the constant pop-ups on ordering to order more & more at a lesser price. The products aren't bad, but the customer service & return policy are not so good, even if your products are unopened. E-mailed & still waiting over 3-weeks for a reply that I had to call by phone. Meanwhile, they keep sending surveys on how the customer support was that I never encountered.

His promotions are fraudulent and want to only get your money even when you didn’t intend to order or want the product by known choice.
Some how when viewing the video, the product was ordered, I didn’t even know what it was, until tracking it back to Facebook, I didn’t want it, tried to initiate a return for refund, they said 1. Keep and use, if you still want to return, return postage has to be paid by you.
2. No return they will offer a 30% refund, and you don’t have to stand in line to return it.
3. Return for full refund and shipping is absorbed by you!!!!

Sad way to make a living when he has so much!!!!

The live chat doesn’t work most of the time. And it finally did, Rena and Fatuma (floor supervisor) act as if they are bot as they don’t read and just copying and pasting template answer.

Instead of offering a resolution which they created by overdeclaring the invoices and lumping orders during delivery which resulted me to foot for taxes if they have not over declare the invoices or lump orders together.

Instead of resolving the issue, Fatuma blamed me for ordering too many orders in the same day. First time a store blame me for giving them business.

Neither do they rectify the wrong invoices amount.

What kind of business is this?

They even threaten me and ask me to have the orders returned to them

"Gundry Omni Slim and constipation."

I have been using Gundry Omni Slim for a week. I don’t have much weight to lose, however, I have been experiencing constipation and gained a couple of pounds! I find my eating habits have not changed and I’m taking the product as directed. I tried their chat box for advice today, but I was getting canned answers that were not appropriate to my situation. Therefore, I feel like the customer service is not good or helpful. (Also, I take Gundry bio complete every day and my digestion is normally very good.)

The only time and never again; I ordered 1 bottle of Dr. Gundrys “special” olive oil. olive. I got a case and my bank account was charged $400. It cost me $50 to return ship it. I still haven’t received any refund into my bank account.
The oil oil bottle I compared identically to 2 other brands that f olive oil in my cabinet. The ingredients and “special” area of production, processing etc were exactly the same as the bottles of olive oil I buy at wal mart for considerably less money.
This guys company appears to be a scam. Send me my money plus shipping and handling back. $450.
