"I guess i got conned!"

Purchased one bottle of the overpriced olive oil after getting psyched watching dr Gundry’s YouTube video! Waited a couple of days and when it didn’t arrive I checked the USPS tracking link. It said that the shipment hadn’t even been handed over to them!

Called up Gundry’s office and someguy picked up the phone. Asked me a ton of Qs instead of simply taking down my order no to confirm when it would be shipped! Anyway, I complied as there was no other way, but quite honestly i didn’t quite understand why I had to give them my name, address, email address all over again when i was calling them from the registered mobile ready with the order no!

Anyway, moving on, the guy lied and said the shipment had already been handed over to USPS and the update being shown on the USPS websites was incorrect! There was little point arguing with a liar. He said the package would arrive the next day.
Well it didn’t ! In fact next day at 10:45 am USPS website recorded having received the package at 10.45 am! Remember how he had said the shipment was already with USPS when I had called a day earlier? So that’s is how I can re-confirm DR Gundry’s;s Office LIED!

Anyhow, 2 days later after my phone call to Gundry’s office and about week after having placed the order, I was given another update by USPS that the shipment had infact been RETURNED to the shipper.

My money was not refunded!
And they refuse to reply to emails.

Having had no re-course I have had to post this message here. Don’t get caught up with this company! They are quite obviously not being run by professionals to say the least, and do you really want to get involved with some one who doesn’t even respond to basic emails if you do run into an issue?

Life’s really too short for the aggravation caused by this silly olive oil bottle - i have gone back to Bertolli’s which works quite well for me!

And Dr. Gundry’s MD I want my Money back!

"Horrible and non existent customer…"

Horrible and non existent customer service. I am still trying to cancel an auto subscription. Despite recieving automated emails, no one gets back to you. The Chat link and email links on the website do not work. Product is good but customer service is garbage. Be very careful when ordering as I was unaware It was an auto renew order. Once you've agreed it is impossible to cancel. I will never buy of Gundry again.

"Dodgy"

3 months later still waiting for my products. Zero response from customer service after several follow up enquiries and complaints. This site is dodgy!

Reading through this website takes some time and initiative. Quite a few links don't work like trying to look at recipes that show replacement flours etc. which I was truly interested in as I have a gluten intolerance and am constantly researching ways to make or find tastier bread options etc. Then looking at his products! What a rip-off the cost of his olive oil is absolutely day light robbery. You can find just as good quality for much less. Basically, he seems like another Dr. Oz copycat who is full of you know what. There's a good article written about Dr. Gundry's books and ideas that shows he is not being forthright by the Truth Health initiative - they research and review many of these fad diets. Google the article. It's informative. Yes there are some good nuggets of information in what Gundry publishes but as with all fad diets. Use common sense and speak to a dietician or research as much as you can.

"I have tried several of the products…"

I have tried several of the products from Gundry, MD. I initially thought the ProPlant Complete protein powder was great when I started using it last spring. I tried Lectin Shield and Primal Plants with no noticeable benefits. After 6 months on the ProPlant Complete, I realized I had gained 12 lbs! My weight is normally very stable, and I couldn't figure out what was causing the weight gain. I decided to try the Omi Slim. This product caused me to be jittery and anxious. I tried it for a few days and stopped, and the symptoms went away. I tried it again 3 months later and had the same reaction. When I reached out to Dr Gundry, I was denied a refund because it was over 90 days (barely). I DO NOT RECOMMEND these products. The videos are very convincing, but the constant pressure to buy more products is excessive.

Hola , solicité el producto atraves de mi sobrina ya que como soy una persona de la tercera edad , no le sé mucho, se hizo el pago y en 10 días regresaron el producto, fui al correo postal y me dicen que me notificaron y como fueron días festivos, y me llega un 2do aviso vuelvo a ir al correo postal pensando que me lo van a entregar y me dicen que no necesito mi reembolso, porque no es barato, para perder 3 mil pesos prácticamente
envío mi correo y por el mismo le envío el de mi sobrina

I used Omni Slim, but had terrible stomach ache so I stopped and then restarted and still had the stomach aches so I stopped again and restarted and still I have the stomach aches. Now it’s too late to get my money back. I never noticed anything good come from Omni Slim. No weight loss, no energy.

I made a purchase in Dr. Gundry’ online store; for 6 bottles of Bio complete-3, at the end, my bill had two extra purchases that I didn’t authorize. My purchase price was $244 +tax, but my receipt had a total of over $654.79. I called to cancel the extra charges, the representative told me it would take up to 5 days for a refund. It is dishonest to keep the refund money that long. I want my refund back sooner than five days!
