"Delicious and unexpected"

Delicious and unexpected. I can't believe I am so stupid to think I should cook with it. I had no idea I was suppose to drink it. I did cook with it and it was good. Now, I think I will just enjoy a shot every evening.

I have tried so many creams and fixes and nothing seemed to work. I tried Bioskin Youth Complex and not expecting any great results I have been pleasantly surprised that the wrinkles are not as deep and defined as before I started. Keep in mind I am 83 years old and do not expect to have the skin of a 20 year old so you can imagine how surprised I was when it helped

I use a few products, and they been helping. I was almost 130kg when I started and down to 99kg. I am not dieting, just eating home cooked meals, occasionally, some take a way. in 2025, I am going to start walking 7000 step and get back into cycling. My goal is to get to 80kg if I can but I am feeling good anyway right now.
