I am taking the OmniSlim with a smoothie of Vital Reds and MCT every morning and I feel great all day. I don't get as much bloating by the end of my day and cravings for sweets has greatly declined. Overall very happy and all is good .

I feel good. I am 65 and since taking olive oil I am working out more. I even do sprints 3x a week. I have a bad shoulder, a rotator cuff injury I think, that occurred prior to taking olive oil. I was hoping the olive oil would help my shoulder.
