"Adult Trike"
I bought a Trike from Jorvik's it was some time ago, the Staff were very helpful and did I have problems NO.
Infact I would say they were wonderful, and not one of them was rude, and any time I phoned up they were so poliet there Dud.
I am sorry for the person though who was not a Happy Bunny, but do you know that serving folks can sometimes not be funny. If you are very busy, with a lot of things to do,answering people on the phone, an seeing to Customers in the Shop too. And you don't know what staff, have to do,throughout their busy day, and maybe they had no time for lunch like you. So before you start to lash out and have a little grip, please spare a thought for those at Jorvik's, who go to to great lengths to get you're Trike. Helena.

"Thanks Emma!!!"
Emma called me on the phone and is working it out. Thanks Emma !!!
I paid for some lug nuts that came off my wheels. They only sent me one, and to this day they are unable to send me the missing one. I write every 15 days to ask and wait and wait and when I have already been explaining several emails, they ask me again what the problem is. Terrible customer service, zero resolution, zero effectiveness, it's maddening. I'm still without the nut.

"My wife enjoys the whole experience of riding a Jorvik Trike"
My wife has never been able to ride a bicycle so the Jorvik Trike is the third generation of trike that she has owned and ridden. When we ordered the Jorvik Trike we knew there would be a delay in delivery due to Covid issues but Jorvik kept us informed and when it arrived by courier it was brilliantly packed. I found the assembly easy and my wife set off straight away. She is delighted with the ease with which she is able to ride up the steepest of hills and I have difficulty keeping up on my bicycle! We have the folding version ( Jorvik Mid Drive Folding Electric Mountain Trike ) which folds easily and we can easily lift it into my car along with my folding bicycle so it comes on caravan trips. In summary I have the highest regard for the service provided by Jorvik, the method of delivery and superb quality of this product.

"JMT6 - adventure trikes"
We had never ridden trikes before, but as both of us had recently fallen off a borrowed two-wheeler, we thought they might be for us. Unfortunately, we were unable to find a local bike shop that stocked any and, with lockdown preventing us from travelling, we couldn’t try one out. We decided to take the risk and, 250 miles later, I feel ready to write a review.
We live in an area that is criss-crossed with miles and miles of tracks across common ground, military land and through forests. Although we have not taken our trikes up mountains as the name might suggest, we trusted the advertisements and have sloshed through mud and fords; undertaken paths that might be considered too narrow for trikes, scaled desperately steep hills covered in loose-chipped stones that slip under the wheels as well as bumping and rattling our way over rocks feeling like rodeo riders as we struggle to keep our balance. During our travels, we have each fallen off more than once, but no damage was done to us or our trikes. Part of the fun is the challenge of taking unlikely tracks to unknown areas. So far, our trusty steeds have held up to everything fantastically well. Lanes and the occasional busy road connect these paths and the trikes are just as wonderful there. Neither of us are speed-merchants, but we happily hit speeds of 20mph when appropriate.
I can honestly say that these trikes are one of the best things we have ever bought. Now in our late sixties, we realise that we must make the effort to keep fit or lose it forever. The electric power on the trikes mean we can push ourselves much further that might be prudent because, if necessary, we can rely on electric power to take us home.
These trikes are rugged and they look it. They are adventure trikes and we are having adventures. Many people will comment as we ride past, most often saying, ‘They look fun!’ and they are. We have kitted out a bed for the dog in the back of mine. He loves travelling in the box on the roads, but happily jumps out when I undo his restraints. Then he starts exploring with us. On the happy occasions when we can ride side by side, he runs in-between the two trikes. On the far more common narrow paths, he slots in behind the lead bike. Our boy can run for ten miles. He has never been more healthy. Neither have we!
We put our trikes through their paces, but we look after them carefully. They are securely locked under cover in our garden with gold rated locks. They are cleaned after each ride and we keep them well maintained. We carry spare parts and tools with us at all times.
We have discovered a whole new world of online triker friends. We share our experiences and learn from one another and hope, as tricycles gain in numbers, that we will be able to build a local group of like-minded people.
I heartily recommend these trikes. Apart from the front brake lock, which we still cannot work on either trike - but the back break works fine - everything else is fabulous. They not only help to keep our bodies fit, they also keep our minds active and feed our souls with miles and miles of exploration through forests and across heathland and common land that I just couldn’t do on my feet.
Here’s to many more adventures in the years to come!
Many thanks, Jorvik.
Christopher
"Well designed, quality components, reliable"
It took me a couple of days to learn how it handled - very different to a bike- but now very pleased. high quality and thoughtful design. being slightly disabled I found the locking brakes and cargo capacity very good, everyone around here admires it. now for a serious lock!

"My excellent Jorvik experience"
My Jorvik experience started in October 2020 when I visited York to test ride a JMT-7, I had already done my research & decided on that model, because of the mid-drive motor. The test ride was fantastic & expertly handled, I decided there & then that’s the tricycle for me. I was advised of all of the finance options & lead times.
Fast forward to February 1st 2021, & I was ready to place my order, it had taken me a few months to get the purchase price together. I placed my order with a 10% deposit & was given a mid-March delivery date, I was advised that this was subject to potential delays due to Brexit/Covid/Import delays. This was absolutely fine by me & completely understandable.
Over the following few weeks I was kept informed via email as to how my order was progressing & I had my questions quickly answered & accessory orders added to my main order.
I received my JMT-7 on February 27th, it was delivered, fully assembled by Gavin in the Jorvik van (I live close to York). Gavin went through all the features & controls, then answered any questions I had. There were a couple of things that had to be adjusted/exchanged in the first couple of weeks, Jade handled this via email, very professionally & friendly, the charger was faulty & replaced via next day delivery.
I’ve now been riding my tricycle for three months, without any problems whatsoever, the build & component quality is spot on for the price bracket. I’ve gained more confidence with any range anxiety as the JMT-7 has performed outstandingly. My longest ride, 28 miles, on pedal assist 5, many hills, & I arrived home with 26% battery remaining.
Many thanks to, Emma, Claire, Jade & Gavin for their excellent customer service & help with any issues/queries I had.

"I'm shocked to read the 5 star ratings…"
I'm shocked to read the 5 star ratings Ive had a terrible experience with customer service. Responses all rude and very unhelpful. After assembly I found out I can't reach the peddles properly, did they care not a bit. I asked to speak to someone directly, have I had call not at all. Now I have found out I have to return the bike at my own cost, don't know where to start with that one. Please don't get sucked in by these people
