"First class experience"

I can not say how happy I am with both the Jorvik company employees and the quality of my trike. You actually speak to a person every time you call and they are lovely. The delivery service was excellent and the driver was so nice too. Highly recommend 😊😊

"Too big and heavy"

My 77 year old mum bought the trike but unfortunately it is just too big and heavy for her to use. Have contacted Jorvik for a full refund.

"Bought my JMT - 9"

Bought my JMT - 9 after tons of research as yes there are cheaper bikes out there but all of a substandard build ( as I am quite heavy handed ) It arrived after a small delay which was expected because of lockdown in a massive almost indestructible cardboard box on a pallet
To my surprise it wasn’t already put together so I had to wait for my poor support worker to arrive as I have trouble understanding instructions sometimes
Once together I had a quick ride around and soon got the hang of the way a tricycle handles corners
I have ridden it everyday since having it as realised that getting out in the fresh air really helps my mental health as I have a neurological disorder
This is also where I can honestly say that this tricycle has been a life saver as sometimes I can not use my legs properly but still go out for a ride around the village and everywhere I go I get questioned about it and people have got to know me. Which makes it that I have to talk to them even though I hate my stutter
You really have changed my life over the last few months as I have got some of my independence back

"Endlich wieder Fahrtwind im Gesicht"

Ich habe mir ein Elite JET-E2 gekauft (es passt gefaltet in meinen Kofferraum, rießiger Vorteil gegenüber anderen Dreirädern) und es wurde sogar etwas früher als der versprochene Liefertermin geliefert. Das Rad wird vormontiert in einem großen Karton geliefert und es dauert fast ebenso lange, dass Rad aus seiner Verpackung zu befreien, als es dann fertig zu montieren (kleiner Tipp: Es ist alles Werkzeug und sogar Farbe mit dabei, aber vorab Fett für die Montage des Lenkers, der Sattelstütze und der Pedale besorgen. Ein langer 4mm Inbus mit T-Griff schadet wie eine kleine Zange zum Halten der Muttern auch nicht ;-) ).
Ich habe MS und kann kein Zweirad mehr fahren, mit meinem neuen Tricycle habe ich ein (großes) Stück Freiheit wieder gewonnen. Die Verarbeitung und Qualität der Komponenten ist Top, ich sitze sicher auf dem Rad (auch im Stand). Es sieht ziemlich gut / sportlich aus, das zu einem deutlich geringeren Preis der in D üblichen Dreiräder für MS Kranke.
Die Kommunikation mit Jorvik war immer schnell und gut, es wurde jede Frage vorab geklärt und als ich die Montageanleitung nicht mehr gefunden habe, wurde die mir am gleichen Tag per PDF zugeschickt.
Zoll / Export läuft "von alleine", man muss sich keine Gedanken machen, mit der verzollenden Spedition kurz die Genehmigung zur Abwicklung klären und am Ende die 19% bezahlen.
Ich denke der Import und die fehlende Möglichkeit vor Ort zu besichtigen / Probe zu fahren schreckt manche:n ab, das ist unbegründet, das Rad ist toll (und die 20" passen mir mit 190cm / 100kg gut).
@Jorvik - wenn ihr einen Generalvertreter sucht ... ;-)

"AVOID NO CUSTOMER AFTER CARE"

I bought my electric trike April 2020 used it 4 times. Was aboard for some time so bike wasn’t used again until this my September 2021. Knocking noise. Rang Jorvik asked to be put through to tech support told Cant we don’t do that. Lady then asked lots of questions has it been service etc . She isn’t tech support. I have problems hearing. So my voice can be loud on the phone. She put the phone down on me. I rang back and asked to speak to MD .SHE LAUGHED AT ME DOWN THE PHONE.SO THIS COMPANY TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN NO COSTUMER AFTER CARE!
To be clear when the MD Reads this listen to both my phone calls you have recorded.
After speaking to MD What she should have done was take my number and get tech support to ring me.So it turns out the knocking sound that’s been there since I bought the bike and paid for Jorvik to assemble. Is The bike has been used 6 times.Cant stand the knocking noise..cause by loose rivets holding the mudguard.I have today phone Jorvik and spoke to Tom. I have emailed the photos of the problem. Waiting for response.I will up date after response.So yet again the only response I ever get from this company is take it to bike shop. I have used the bike 6 times since new. This knocking has been ongoing problem. Since I paid this company to assemble the bike.You would think there was some sort of guarantee! I am not always in uk . That is why it has taken so long to sort the bike out. I have asked the company for details of the guarantee for assembly.I will update as soon as I get response.So update. Derailleur seems to be the problem.There is a screw touching . That seems to be what is causing the problem, I have had the bike professionally looked at.Disgusted with Jorvik. They assembled this bike which I paid them for.Never did get response asking what sort of guarantee I get for them assembling the bike.still can’t get this bike fixed. Normal bike repair won’t repair as they take up to much room in work shop. Don’t fit on stand! This experience has been a nightmare. What a joke. This company takes your money then walks away. If anyone els has had problems with the lack of after service from this lot please contact me.

"Rostet fleißig vor sich hin"

Ich hab das Dreirad, letztes Jahr im Juli für meine Mutter bestellt. Wir bereuen es sehr, dies Dreirad ist eine herbe Enttäuschung. Die Teile waren zum einen schon ziemlich schief, die Kotflügel haben Farbschrammen und sind verbeult angekommen. Die Gangschaltung eine ziemliche Katastrophe funktioniert sehr schwer. Nach gut 8 Monaten fängt es schon an zu rosten. Meine Mutter ist sehr unzufrieden mit diesem Fahrrad. Die Antwort zur Reklamation habe ich unten eingefügt. JORVIC schließt Rost aus. Dies Fahrrad ist keine 500 Euro wert, die wir bezahlt haben. Im Juli bestellt kam es erst mit Verspätung im September an. Ich werde in Zukunft Fahrräder lieber in Deutschland kaufen. Ich benutze einen Pseudonym als Name.

As you can see from our terms and conditions 3.3 Rust or weather damage of any kind is not covered under warranty.

To reduce the chance of any more rust you need to ensure that the trike is dried after being out in wet weather or being driven through puddles etc. It needs to be stored somewhere that is dry and cool.

 Leider hilft uns dies Schreiben nicht weiter, wir sind sehr enttäuscht, das Fahrrad wurde trocken gelagert und normal genutzt. Ich hab kein Fahrrad erlebt dass innerhalb von 8 Monaten so schnell zu rosten beginnt.
Dies Fahrrad ist ein Fehlkauf.

Had my trike for about 4 mouths and this is just from my own experience the on jorvik trike buying the trike and delivery 5star now riding it the only time these trike's are stable is at a standstill or a very flat road any cornering at speed the inside wheel will lift and spin off road gearing is to high if there is any chamber/slope moving you will steer into it only way to stop this is to stand up and learn your hole body. to one side and. any off road riding is very hard work but fun battery life 25 miles if you're lucky as I said at the start of this review this is just from my own experience you will have a lot of fun on these trkes but they are hard work if you care to read my review again you will see this I really like my trike and having been a motor cross rider in the past and a road racer I don't think I need to be shown how to ride a simple trike the comments I made were as I said just from my own experience on your trike they are great fun to ride

Well who knew buying a JMT 6 e trike would be a game changer, having not been on a bike for around 35 or so years I'm looking forward to getting out and about and seeing and visiting places I haven't been able to see for a long time (freedom awaits )
A trike is a whole new experience for me and 1which I am thoroughly enjoying .

To anyone thinking of buying an e trike I'd say do it you won't regret it and you'll be doing your bit for the planet.

My experience with Jorvik Tricycles was positive in every respect. Friendly, helpful and quick service. Packaging and delivery very good. My new tricycle surpasses my expectations and gives me good exercise and a lot of pleasure.

"A dream of an Etrike!!"

More than happy to leave a very positive review. I have a matt black beast of a JMT3 250w road legal Etrike. The build quality is quite stunning and it looks fabulous. It's a big bold piece of kit and attracts a lot of attention. Two friends of mine are already very interested in purchasing one and even a passer by stopped me to ask where I bought it from as she doesn't drive and can't ride a push bike either! Even the builders at the end of the road wanted it! I'm still getting used to riding it, as trikes ARE different, notably around corners and with caster/camber, so it's still a learning curve for me, notably as it's VERY responsive!! Thank goodness for good brakes and they ARE really good. In short, I'm looking to get better at riding it round and round the block until I feel more confident but it's a joy to go out on, I can tell you that for nothing. The JMT3 is a lot of fun and an extremely useful and practical machine, especially in this going green day and age. And...no driving licence required, no CBT training required, no road tax and insurance to pay...you get miles and miles out of it and it costs 35 pence to charge up in 4 hours, with a battery that can last up to 10 years?!
