"Super cool trikes from a company that cares"

I recently bought a JMT-3 from Jorvik and it's a beast! But in a good way :). So far I've used it to get shopping and for a couple of short work trips on which it has made short work of the hills and lanes around where I live. When the trike developed a small fault, customer service was responsive and helpful. I truly believe that vehicles like this (i.e. electric pedal-assist) are the future of local transport in the UK and Jorvik have made a strong start into the market.

We had our appointment 15.00 hours / 04.05.21. The previous individual was not happy with her appointment timing and chose to share her comments in front of us, stating that she travelled some considerable distance for the appointment. She asked if we had travelled far? I declined to answer as it was an obvious attempt to involve us in her dispute. The bike tech (lady Jade) was patient, she listened intently which allowed allowed us to make informed choices. my wife has an injury as a result of a serious RTC and has experienced significant anxiety as a result. She understandably was very anxious about the appointment but was soon put at ease. I was very impressed by the Jade’s approach and concern. Outside great care was taken to ensure my wife was safe. Yes it is an industrial unit car park But it is not brands hatch to say the least. We did purchase a trike and will review accordingly once in use. Don’t be put off by the test drive (ride) it’s very different than two wheeled cycling you need the instruction and knowledge to get the best from experience to know if trikes are for you or not and if appropriate to know which is the most suitable for you and your needs. It’s 60 mins well spent in my opinion.

My trike J T 9 arrived yesterday and I’m not disappointed. It has given me back my mobility after having had an accident three years ago. It is like Christmas and birthday all in one. To have the freedom to get about again is absolutely wonderful.....thank you very very much. Brione MacMillan

"TRIKE REVIEW - MODEL JMT3-2."

I waited till completing 500 miles in the last three week riding before writing my review regarding the trike performance.
- Dispatch/Delivery: You will have to wait long time for the product if it is not in-stock. The reason obviously because China/UK routes delivery.
- Collection/Assembly of the product after arrival is EASY. You can do it by yourself as it will arrive 90% assembled.
- The trike is perfect to be used in different weather condition as i tested it and it worked fine.
- The trike is easy to use it to hills without being tired. The motor will do the hard work.
- The trike is very heavy to use it without pedal assistance and this is a big warning, without battery/electricity, it will be impossible to use it because it is very heavy.
- The battery's maximum limit is 26 miles only not as described in the website. This is from the 500 miles during the last three weeks.

If your looking for a head turning trike ,that will give you lots of fun then this is it .Although quite heavy ,its suprisingly easy to pedal without the motor ,but with the motor hills become relatively easy to conquer and cruising at speed is very comfortable and lesuirely

I would like to place on record, my sincere thanks to the excellent Jorvik staff at York.

Last month, I made my first call to the sales department, and after considering their sound advice, without hesitation, I purchased a Jorvik Folding E- Trike JET-E.

I received incredible service from the team - they worked to my budget, and also explained technical points, clearly and concisely. I was particularly impressed with their attitude to road safety - as an octogenarian, they were determined that I made the right safe choice.

Previously, I had dealings with Alpine, Raleigh and other agents, but none were as friendly and professional as the Jorvik staff.

I now have complete confidence in the Jorvik Trike JET-E, and look forward to many happy miles in the future!

"Delighted with my Jorvik JMT3"

I'm delighted with my Jorvik JMT3. I ordered it on 27 January and it was delivered on 31 March. It's given me a new sense of freedom and improved my fitness. I felt trapped in the village during the most recent lockdown since the footpaths were impassable due to mud and it's dangerous to walk down the single-track roads. The government guidelines were very vague as to how far you could drive to go for a walk. I never learned to ride a bicycle when I was young, so thought I would buy a trike. The Jorvik is well built and feels very stable. I like the hub gears, the powerful brakes and the cargo carrier. The electric motor makes it very easy to go uphill. I've been enjoying exploring the country lanes and bridleways around our village.

An update to my review: someone tampered with the trike while I was in a pub. They disconnected some of the leads. I reconnected them but the motor wouldn't work. I contacted Jorvik customer services by live chat. They talked me through how to fix the problem. Excellent customer service from Jorvik.

"Endlich Freiheit"

Gestern Trike JMT 3 / 250 Watt zugestellt bekommen und noch am selben Abend zusammengebaut, und ich muss sagen, es sieht noch besser aus als auf der Website! Sehr hochwertige Qualität, schon fast edel verarbeitet. Die fetten Wheels machen das Bike so richtig "böse", und in olive-matt-Lackierung sieht es wie ein cooles Militärfahrzeug aus. Das Bike ist für meinen Dad, der nach einem schweren Motorradunfall vor 14 Jahren in der Pflegestufe 3 (hoch) ist, er flippt jetzt total aus vor Freude. Danke für alles!!! Purchasing my Jorvik tricycle was the best purchase I have ever made. It's a low step through E trike assisted peddle power so I have help when I peddle. I am delighted with my trike it has taken me a while to get used to the gears and assistance , my advice would be to take it slowly and build up confidence.This purchase has been a game changer for me.
