I’m now the proud owner of a JMT7. I did quite a lot of research before purchasing and I can safely say there is nothing like it on the market. It has it ALL and MORE. I’m the envy of my local golf club.Emma who took my order was super friendly and helpful and the delivery went smoothly. I can wholeheartedly recommend Jorvik Tricycles . TOP NOTCH !

"My pedal assist stopped working after I…"
My pedal assist stopped working after I washed my trike. I emailed the company and within an hour Emma had responded with potential solutions and photographs on how to resolve the problem. I had managed to dislodge the magnetic disk, with some over enthusiastic cleaning, and move it too far away from the sensor. I was able to solve the problem and get back on my bike for a ride round in the autumn countryside before the rain came. Yet another fantastic customer experience thank you so much.

My experience as a lady with Multiple Sclerosis purchasing the Dutch folding electric trike , I found the level of customer service was disgusting ! They were rude, unhelpful and argumentative.
On their Aims they state that ‘ Jorvik (pronounced Yorvik) quickly built an admirable reputation. Not just for the quality of the tricycles, but for the care and understanding that came with each and every sale.’ And also display the MS Logo - they clearly have no understand of what that means !
They gave me a £50 voucher to spend for the delay in the delivery of my trike which I understand in these time’s and was grateful for , so I ordered a rain cover at £39.99 and a bike lock at £19.99 and then made a payment for the additional which they sent me a receipt for . On delivery of my trike the lock was not sent and when I emailed they replied that I hadn’t ordered or paid for one and even though I had sent them the receipts and emails they had sent me they were adamant that they were right but would send me one as a ‘goodwill’ gesture .
We asked if we could collect the trike from the York showroom and have it built but were told there were no engineers on site and we were not allowed onsite to collect it , how have other customers been able to collect their trikes ?
I am now having issues with it creaking as are a few others who have the same model.
I love being able to get out but my experience has spoilt it and been a stressful process which has an impact on my health unfortunately .
Jorvik really need to invest in some customer service training and training on MS and Parkinson’s which they support and understand what impact their attitude has on people .

Hi Jorvik team,
We just wanted to remark on our successful assembly of my new electric tricycle, delivered yesterday morning and completed in the afternoon. It’s probably a misnomer to say ‘assembly’ since your shop sent a virtually complete tricycle which only needed mudguards and baskets positioned in a completely obvious way with bolts supplied in place.
My husband was immediately busy with the Allen keys and spanners, putting everything together. He was helped by the introductory session we had with your friendly salesman in the shop at York, where we saw the dis-assembling and re-assembling process to accomplish the folding and unfolding of the tricycle. We were so pleased at that session that we could figure out how to store the folded tricycle in our ancient motorhome’s garage!
Anyway, an hour or so after beginning, everything was together, all components tightened satisfactorily, and adjusted for my height, battery fully charged, and all systems go. The new model is such a success — my husband keeps saying how cute it is — and as soon as the weather breaks (it’s raining hard at the moment) I hope to be out on the road, zooming along.
Thank you so much for putting this wonderful tricycle package together, and I’m looking forward to great adventures with it.

Rude customer service. Empty threats of solicitors instead of helping resolve the issues in hand. Cheap built products. No quality control. Jorvic keep reporting my reviews so had to be a brief. Avoid their products or hope you get a good one !

"I would not hesitate to recommend…"
I would not hesitate to recommend Jorvik Tricycles due to the excellent support and service offered from the point of purchase onwards. The trike is sturdy and as advertised, and the accessories likewise. Jorvik associates answered all queries at the point of sale and even compensated customers who had to wait a while for deliveries a little longer due to Covid19 (a problem worldwide). For this reason, I would recommend Jorvik as a trusted trader.

"The very long wait was worth it"
I am from Germany / Bavaria and i came to Jorvik Tricycles with internet search. I order in the End of May 2020 the Model JMT 7.
First of all, i had similar experiences as the user "PC", who wrote his review at 03.09.2020. The delivery delays and the communication wasn't always good.
But than i get contact to Gavin Foster, the best man from the Jorvik Company, so my opinion. He helps me very good with concrete informations. I could rely on him.
The trike is here now, and i am very excited. Its better, than i thought. It is pretty tough and very stable. The battery was fuel to 90 %, so i can immedately go for a ride. The plug from the charger cable was in UK form, but they even delivered a cable with the german plug - amazing! Unexpected and not ordered at all. Thank you so much. This is a very good customer service. The BAFANG mid-drive motor is very smooth and strong - a great experience.
Now i hope that it will go well for a long time!

I was really pleased with the JMT3, when it arrived I was surprised how good it looked once assembled, the trike looked much better in the flesh.
Everything works as expected and the power exceeded my expectations
