Had a great experience dealing with Jorvik.
Having decided to buy a trike and being in touch with a few places Jorvik provided the most reassuring experience I could ask for.
A day trip down to York to visit the showroom where the lovely Jade answered my many questions was well worth it. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision there and then and left feeling very informed and confident - I've now ordered my trike and I look forward to to getting my new trike delivered next year.

We chose the JMT9 in black and what can I say but what a superb machine .

Amazing company .......

This is my second tricycle purchased . I originally purchased the non electric 24 in blue back in 2017.
Due to ill health I decided to upgrade to the electric version and I am not disappointed .
This time I went for the JMT6 WOW WOW WOW, it is stunning .
It handles like a dream and I get stopped by everyone one complimenting the trike.

Highly recommend .

The service is amazing , they are a friendly helpful knowledgeable bunch .

Outstanding level of customer service, listening and responding to feedback, and - I love my electric Trike!! It is absolutely a masterpiece!! I can not recommend this company high enough on every level! I wish the company and staff the huge success they deserve!

"Excellent service and test ride"

Recently had an appointment to view and test ride the trikes. Gavin was amazing letting my son test ride the full range of bikes. This proved vital as the bike we ordered was different to the one we went in thinking we were going to order!

As well as being knowledgeable on the products Gavin was extremely patient and gave my son time to build his confidence, which in turn gave us the confidence that the bike was right for him.

The bikes look great and are well made. What did shock us initially was the large size of the bikes. However they were very easy to get use to and not cumbersome to ride. Regularly transporting however will need some thought.

In summary fantastic support from Gavin and great bikes. I would strongly advise where possible people go up to York and test ride the range. Can’t wait to receive the bike!

Dear Team,
This is my second tricycle from you. Had to sell my non-electric one after knee surgery.
I am riding my Jorvik electric tricycle now for over a year (almost daily- rain, storm, winter) . I truly enjoy it. Its giving me a whole new freedom. Making my life easier- including shopping- no issue finding parking (especially at home). When I get asked where I found this neat tricycle I gladly tell people. I even had one elderly lady order one from you.
