I have recently taken delivery of my JMT, having had a while to ride it I had to write a great big THANK YOU.
It has already improved my life immensely and I am looking forward to further excursions. Beautifully manufactured, the minor assembly required was easy, especially with the mini toolkit provided.
Before I ordered I admit to being nervous that it would attract the “wrong” sort of attention but on recent outings it has attracted three “cools” one “awesome” and even a “wicked”!
With just a little patience you will get used to the handling and it won’t be long before tackling off road surfaces is a piece of cake. It can go like a rocket or just crawl if someone is walking with you.
A big thanks to a very knowledgable Gavin who kept me informed of delivery and sorted a few minor niggles quickly.

Jorvik Tricycles were fantastic in advising my elderly dad. He had an old model and needed a replacement part. Only a low-value transaction, but Emma was amazingly helpful, full marks to her and the company. Would not hesitate to recommend!

"Absolutely fantastic"
Absolutely fantastic, due to a medical condition my son was unable to pedal his old trike far and was too difficult for him..we came across Jorvik and wow 🤩. We went to our local stockist for a demo Of a mountain trike and it was delivered the next day(fab service) there has been many miles covered since delivery and the dog loves it too, sits on the back. Great customer service by Jorvik as I had a query that was answered straight away at evening time. Thank you again 😊

"Tried to buy an Tricycle for my…"
Tried to buy an Tricycle for my daughter during Lockdown and rang to purchase an electrical tricycle, AFTER RESEARCH. We obviously couldn't try it but she had ridden this type or Similar or so I thought! After discussing this repeatedly with the sales representatives+++, one of them told me that her 7year old could manage them (Think not)!
The bike was purchased, then worried about the size "Oh if she can"t ride it you will be able too" (I asked the question after giving my height)! Mmm NO I wouldn't I am too tall for the tricycle in question after digging deep! The bike is prone to tip when riding on a slightly rough terrain! No one told me that afters many discussions, we live in the country as stated in the beginning ! Could I just return the bike with the courier NO! The bike was delivered how to get it back in 28days no movement in the country couldn't take it ! eventually £130 later it was sent back by courier with the correct weight and dimensions given (same courier who delivered it). JORVIK you lie, you lie to your customers and you lie to the couriers because this tricycle weighed at least 15kgs more when it went back than stated on your packaging and it was larger and it had not been opened and was no way damaged!!! You then had the audacity to charge me £30 to put it back on sale . Shame On You Our Daughter is disabled and has saved for this for years! Awful unhelpful experience

The motor on my trike went and I ordered another one initially having been told that I would have to wait until mid August for the spare part.
Gavin contacted me saying he would check whether there was one in stock and he provided me with one that had been used a little. He even refunded me some money. The part arrived within a day and I am now back cycling.
Excellent service, most impressed.

"What can I say... I get complements daily!"
What can I say...I get complements every time I head out on my bike! I love it. Took a sec to get used to but now I ride confident that I am not going to be squeezed off the road or tilt into a ditch! I have my large basket for carrying my groceries and so much more. Better, since the Corona Pandemic, I have attached a Child Bike Seat to my Tricycle. There is no stopping me now. Well-made and just a joy to won. I held back one star only because I ordered accessories, some of which in reality didn’t fit well or were not suitable for the Tricycle or not as pictured. It would have been better to have comments by the accessories to say if they were suitable or not and for that I guess the team should test them all first. Not as pictured? Oh, and my Wicker Basket wasn't nice and stained like the photos... but hey, I won’t sweat that!

A technical problem at the beginning was quickly sorted and my 'Purple Pootler' has given me a new freedom, especially during 'lockdown'. Hills are no longer a problem so lovely circular routes can be explored!
If you're wondering about e-trikes go and have a Jorvik test drive asap!

"Underwhelmed with my Trike"
I was very excited with Jorvik Trikes, however the experience for me has been disappointing. First of all, communications were not good after order and payment. Delivery was excellent. The Trike itself is difficult to ride. After the first couple of rides I was covered in bruises, it seems very difficult to steer and I ended up in a hedge. It seems unstable to me, the slightest camber sends you off balance. It is heavy and difficult to move, a large Trike. In my opinion, these Trikes are need a strong, able bodied rider. Postscript: I have tried the Trike a number of times with no improvement. I am disappointed because it looks beautiful but I find it very difficult to ride.
