"Showroom visit"
Our showroom visit to try the trikes was everything I needed and more. Having driven up from Brighton we were feeling a bit tired so the warm welcome and cups of coffee were definitely appreciated. Tash was so friendly and knowledgeable, she put me at my ease and soon had me whizzing round the test track! She suggested the right trike for my needs and I’m now awaiting its delivery next week with eager anticipation. Thanks again Tash, you’re a star.

"Decided to buy a trike due to losing…"
Decided to buy a trike due to losing balance after a stroke. Looking around I decided to go with Jorvik. Not knowing anything about trikes I phoned Jorvik up spoke to Tash who was most helpful and advised me the right way. I left it for a few days to think and went with Tashs advice. Buying a Jorvik jmt 11 . She told me it would be delivered within 10 days and sure enough there it was. I had no trouble assembling it and am over the moon with my purchase. I’m 6ft tall and feel very comfortable on the trike. Yet to do any distance but looking forward to many happy miles! Big thankyou to Tash and the Jorvik company.

"Excellent spare part support for my JMT6"
I purchased a Second Hand Jorvik JMT6 recently and I am very pleased with the purchase and learning to ride an adult trycycle. I had read many customer reviews before taking the plunge. Unfortunately I found that the power button controller had been damaged due to over tightening. I contacted Jorvik and described my problem. I emailed more detail with pictures and told I would get a response within the next 2 days. The following day, I was very pleased to receive a telephone call from Tash saying the tech team understood the problem and would issue the small part free of charge (plus postage). Also even though I had not purchased new direct, they would set up an account for me should I need any further assistance in the future.
Overall a very helpful and professional service. Thank you

"Broken Tubular tow bar trailer arm attachment"
Having bought a new Jorvik trailer along with 2x JT6 electric tricycles last year in July 2023 the trailer tubular tow arm attachment has unfortunately broken in two on the section where it bends and slots into the trailers base. I have reported this in the hope I could get another Towing arm but after several weeks are still trying to resolve whether or not another Towing arm can be obtained (as apparently the towing arm section only comes with a new trailer?). As such, I really hope I will not have to resort to buying another trailer, as I'm missing the use of my Jorvick one as it really is so versatile and handy. Watch this space :-)

There was a bit of breakdown in communication from Jorvik and that I wasn't getting updates regarding my Tricycle order. In fairness they were very apologetic and my Tricycle arrived very well.packaged within 24 hrs. Thank you

"Great product, just needs a small amount of practice."
We bought the tricycle because my wife has osteoporosis and restricted knee movement, and is not tall. James supplied a ROM-Pedal for the restricted nlknee (clever bit of kit) and a crank shortener for the limited height. At first we could not ride it because it seemed to pull to the side. We spent just over an hour at the showroom with James and Tash and my wife, who would not initially ride it, was riding on her own within half an hour. It just needs a bit of practice with someone walking alongside and you soon gain confidence. I tried it whilst there and was happy within a couple of minutes. I would not suggest you will be fully competent in 1 hour but after a couple of days you should be fine. Everyone at Yorvik has been amazing and the person that left the anonymous feedback obviously did not want to believe what she was being told. I was sceptical at first but spending time with them soon erased my doubts.

Love the showroom and being able to try the bikes on the track. Staff very knowledgeable and helped me select the right bike for my needs. On delivery, I had some problems putting it together. Several phone calls and FaceTime calls and I was up and running. Thanks to customer services staff and the technician for their endless patience and understanding today.

"Un incubo durato 2 mesi e costato 650€"
Premessa: non posso dare un giudizio sul triciclo perchè in questi 2 mesi non l'ho neanche potuto vedere ! Il giudizio è tutto per l'azienda,il servizio vendita e il customer care.
Deciso ad acquistare un triciclo elettrico a motore centrale,mi imbatto nel sito Jorvik che collegandomi dall'Italia mi reindirizza al sito tedesco. Contatto il servizio assistenza chiedendo, essendo un'azienda, se fosse possibile acquistare il triciclo senza IVA.La risposta è negativa.Contatto quindi la sede inglese e qui invece la risposta è positiva.Causa Brexit,mi premuro di chiedere quale sarà la dichiarazione doganale di origine delle merci.Per ben due volte da sales e info mi viene risposto UK, quindi niente dazi.Procedo all'ordine e al pagamento del triciclo in data 7 giugno.Chiedo se posso usare il mio corriere di fiducia (costo dimezzato rispetto a preventivo Jorvik) e mi viene risposto di sì.Chiedo tutti i dati necessari per la spedizione e la dogana (inclusa la famosa dichiarazione di origine dei beni) e mi vengono girati via mail.il 24 giugno il triciclo arriva in dogana a Milano accompagnato da una semplice ricevuta senza neanche indicata la mia partita Iva.Giro la richiesta di dichiarazione di origine su documento ufficiale (fattura o dichiarazione a parte) e descrizione dei beni da parte della dogana a Jorvik e qui inizia il calvario.La loro posizione,che mai cambierà,è che non avendo fatto loro il trasporto sono io diventato l'esportatore e sono quindi io a doverla fare.Quindi contro ogni buon senso non è Jorvik che produce e vende a me fatturandolo senza Iva il bene (che porta il suo nome e marchio) che deve dichiarare da dove arriva il triciclo alla dogana ma io che sono l'acquirente ! Oltre ad andare contro il buon senso sottolineo che mi prenderei una forte multa e una denuncia penale ... A nulla sono valse le telefonate dello spedizioniere e le mie mail (le risposte arrivavano sempre dopo 4 giorni).Quando ho richiesto il reso poi mi è stato in prima battuta negato.Solo a colpi di screenshot dei loro termini di vendita pubblicati sul loro sito sono riuscito ad ottenere il reso.Triciclo riconsegnato il 23 luglio, il 1 agosto chiedo notizie del rimborso e che risposta ottengo ? Non più dovuto perchè non avevo riconsegnato il triciclo ! Se lo erano perso. Finalmente il 2 agosto dopo aver mandato la distinta di consegna ho ottenuto il rimborso.Ovviamente i 650€ spesi per i due trasporti, le due dogane e il deposito non mi sono stati riconosciuti.

"After receiving my Jorvik Jet E elite…"
After receiving my Jorvik Jet E elite low step through in September 2023. I finally had mastered the short cycle to work, after 6 months the pedal fell off on my cycle to work. The team at Jorvik were very helpful and ensured that a replacement bolt was sent to me. I hadn’t realised how much I valued the freedom of an electric trike until the pedal fell off again 3 weeks later. Emma and the team have been really helpful and resent me two further bolts in case anything else untoward happens. Thank you so much for helping me find independence again.

"Quick response and great service."
The crank on my tricycle fell off due to my own lack of routine maintenance.
I contacted Yorvik cycles and they responded very quickly offering to send me necessary part free of charge.
I think this is outstanding service.
