"1 hour’s demonstration with James"

Just had an hour’s demonstration with James. I really didn’t think I would find a bike that would be suitable for me as I have mobility issues with hips and a knee that is very restricted. James was great, he fitted a Rom pedal and the some self levelling pedals with toe clips and I was away 👍 . Great stuff - I’m looking forward to my tricycle very soon. Thanks Jorvik

Purchased a tricycle before so wanted a 2nd one for me. Salesman was very helpful, James and explained everything safety wise and road legal legalities. A warm welcome when we arrived.

"Freedom to ride"

I'm shortly moving to the coast half a mile from shops with 10 miles of seaside promenade open to bike / trike users. I'm old, overweight, have a new knee and don't like walking. With a dread of mobility scooters. Jorvik Electric Trikes showed up best on my research for looks, performance and weight carrying. That meant a 200 mile trip for us to their only showroom / test track just south of York. Once there, Tash explained all the options, stopped me choosing a totally unsuitable one and best of all demonstrated a genius pedal adaptor that allows my inflexible knee to pedal through 360 degrees. Don't ask me how it works, ask Tash.

Result: I've ordered a Jorvik Elite Folding Trike that will give me exercise but the ability to turn on the power when needed. I couldn't be more excited. Thank you Tash and Jorvik.

I was involved in a accident and my trike come of worse am lucky to say that I walked away .So I rang Jorvik part and spoke to Tash and Elton and they helped so much in getting together correct parts nothing was to much trouble and parts arrived promptly and were correct ones . So well done to Tash and Elton

"Quality products and great customer service!!"

We got the JMT6 shipped to Ireland directly from Jorvik.
The website was very informing so we were confident that we chose the most suitable model for our needs.
Our only query directly to the company was about shipping. Emma and Megan were exceptionally helpful and the trike arrived on a pallet to our door in a rural location without any issue. They even arranged to prepay import taxes from their end so we had no delay receiving the trike.
We found the online videos very helpful in assembly. It was a two person job but only took us two novices about 2+ hours. We were worried we might need special tools but needn't have as all the tools came in the box. Only thing that we had to get was a 2 pin to 3 pin adapter for the charger plug.
We couldn't be happier with the whole experience!
The build quality is exceptional, the trike rides like a dream, we're even considering purchasing a second one! My husband, awaiting knee surgery, who never rode a bicycle, is getting out daily on the trike and enjoying a new cycling experience. He is getting lots of admiring comments on his trike. The rear cargo bag is fantastic for carrying coats, a picnic, daily shopping.
We recommend adding a bike mirror for safety on busy roads. Although the motor isn't noisy it can be hard to hear traffic coming from behind.
On a tiny aesthetic note, the green coloured lettering on the red bike frame is slightly kinetic and difficult to look at, and also the decal would be nicer if it followed the curve of the frame rather than a straight line, however not anything that takes away from the trike.
We would definitely recommend Jorvik for exceptional products and great customer service.

"After Sales Support"

I have a problem with a component on my Jorvik which means it is unridable.
I contacted Jorvik Customer Services who once they discovered the age of the trike ( 7 years ) said the items are no longer in stock and they cannot help.
I wrote back with details of the faulty fitting asking if they could put me in touch with someone who might be able to assist. Jorvik Customer Services wrote back to say the customer service manager is away. Don't bother with asking for support for your expensive trike. Jorvik are not interested.

Tash, the technical team and s many of the staff have, yet again gone the ‘extra mile’. Tash is new I believe and she is a credit to Jorvik already.
I can’t think of another firm that actively goes out of their way to do so much for their customers.

I've had my trike for 2 years and it is ideal as I have poor balance. It takes me for pleasure,(motorists depending) and local errand journeys, My experience making the purchase was exceptional with care and a relaxed approach. My recent contact - today - requiring a small part was dealt with IMMEDIATELY! Great communication and efficiency which is very much appreciated. Having read the recent grumpy review I can't believe it's the same company!
