I've used Havebike quite a few times now, but haven't yet reviewed them. My bike always returns in great shape, and much more of a joy to ride, including cases where I've needed more involved repairs. I'm reviewing now because this week, having scheduled a delivery to my office, I had to return home to deal with a personal emergency. Havebike seemlessly rescheduled the delivery to me, in the most helpful of manners. I'll remain a regular customer.

HaveBike is Brilliant! We have a cargo e-bike that is a bear to service and these guys completed the job in record time. They repaired it back to new in only 1 Day when other shops were scared to touch it! i would highly recommend using them for complex jobs. They will pick up and drop off your bike - but since i live close by and my bike is enormous - they let me drop off and pick up - which was fantastic. Def use these guys for your bike repair needs - you wont be sorry. The other shops might be slightly cheaper but you always get what you pay for!!

They didn't give me an inner tube cap, instead they wanted to charge me for a new inner tube. Other than that good service.
