Oh boy, have I been waiting for this company! What a joy to receive two bikes back (after being collected and returned within 48 hours) in pristine condition. Actually rides better than when I bought it. What a small price to pay for such a service. Outstanding. Thank you for making me want to get on my bike again!

Back again to add to the above. Since I posted the above, I've used Havebike several times and recommended them many times. The service is even better than before if that were possible. Dave in the workshop explained that a friend's bike had so much to do it really wasn't worth the outlay. I loved the fact that he straight about it rather than went for the sale as it were. Makes me even more determined to use and recommend them.

Great availablity of work scheduling and pickup. Very competent mechanics. Removes all the hassle from working with a high street bike shop.

"Incredibly helpful and professional mechanics, but the office is the weak link"

Had an insurance assessment done after being hit by a car. Originally tried to book online, but the website wouldn't let me choose it as an option (though it has it's own booking link) so phoned their number instead. Person in office wasn't around at the time, but after trying again a mechanic (Andrea) picked up and went above and beyond in booking everything for me and getting everything sorted.
Communication at every step with mechanics was fantastic. Everything was laid out clearly, and everyone I spoke to sincerely wanted to help.

Very accommodating for dropping off bike, and helpful insurance advice given over phone. On dropping off the bike, was told that the office was writing the insurance report and it'd be with me soon. 10 days later after paying, I have yet to hear anything. Have called the office and have been told 5 times that someone will call me back about it, but that has not happened once. I will keep chasing them up, and hopefully this will be resolved soon as it's been holding up my insurance claim for a considerable time now.

3 stars because of the excellent service done by the mechanics, all of them are incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. The insurance guy in the office has let them down a lot.

"Can’t Recommend Havebike Enough"

I can not fault Havebike at all. I booked my service really easily online.
My bike was collected from my work place. I was informed by the driver when he would collect it.
Once it was collected I was informed at every stage of process and then it was delivered to my house. The driver explained the service sheet when he dropped the bike off.
I can’t recommend Havebike enough. 1st class service including collection and drop off for the same price I’d pay at a cycle shop.
