"Excellent service and considering the…"

Excellent service and considering the amount of work my bike required really reasonable price to fully fix. Was a delay in getting my bike repaired but they kept me informed throughout ( during the virus so to be expected) their biggest trump card is being able to speak to an actual human

Had a problem with a relatively new bike. Had trouble finding a local bike shop that is able or willing to help. Came across Havebike via Google search.
The process seemed very simple and straightforward and their prices and service timelines seemed too good to be true.
I have been very pleasantly surprised.
The booking was confirmed by email, I phoned and there was a human voice that answered very quickly. The pick up and drop back worked exactly as they describe on the website. I am v v pleased with their service. Will always try them first for any bike in future...

Fantastic customer service from the get go , in terms of organising logistics for collection, letting me know of additional ( and unsurprising !) work required, and communicating throughout the process . Both bikes I sent in have come back as good as new .I would definitely recommend.

"Excellent and friendly service, some communication issues"

My bike needed some much overdue care, and havebike handled it during the COVID-19 crisis. Service was excellent, the bike looks and feels like new, I'm delighted with the service.

Some delays did happen (understandable given the circumstances), but I haven't been informed accordingly passed the spare parts delivery and the collection had to be postponed a couple of times. This is why I can't, in all honesty, give 5 stars.
I am otherwise extremely pleased and would recommend havebike anytime. Communication was very courteous, including an apology call afterwards, and the bike return happened after-hours, not to incur further delays. I'm especially grateful for the latter, many thanks for the driver to take on her evening time for the delivery!

I cannot recommend these guys enough. The service, especially welcome due to Corvid-19 - being stuck at home and needing to exercise - was exemplary. They were prompt, reliable and the actual servicing of my bike was excellent. My first ride on getting my bike back was exhilarating - it was like a new bike. All power to your elbow guys. Fast and reliable service. Picked up and returned my bike to my door step. They called me to let me know my bike needed also two brake cable replacement. I could NOT have done it myself for sure. Total peace of mind. Would recommend to friends and family! Fair price too

"Refund paid"

I had an issue with this company re the actual work done versus what I had specified.
This was purely a misunderstanding and a full refund is being issued.
How many big bicycle shops would do this and on the same day.
We all know the answer to that.

I've had the collect and return / deluxe service done twice now and both times it was hassle free, very quick and the bike came back in great condition.
