We visited their shop in retford as I was in need of a mobility scooter, we were greeted by Ian who helped us find the right one for my needs, a very pleasant and informed experience. I have now picked up my scooter and I'm extremely happy with it and feel safe in the knowledge that it's covered if anything goes wrong
