The initial Customer response was very good indeed. Sharon in sales gave genuine empathy and was friendly and polite, not at all pushy. Darren & Wayne subsequently brought out 2 riser-recliners for us to test. The whole experience was prompt, thorough & most informative. The pricings are competitive too plus the chairs are British made; that's essential to the quality level. Sharon also kindly took the initiative to send out a foldable transfer wheelchair for me to evaluate. Thank you. 5star service.

I was greeted by an extremely friendly gentleman named Adrian. Within moments, he had sorted a pair of crutches and ensured they were correctly adjusted. Adrian was outstanding in the way he interacted with me and demonstrated that customers are highly valued and appreciated at Parkgate mobility. I would highly recommend this company together with this salesman.
