After travelling over 200 miles and realising that we had forgotten the key to the mobility scooter we contacted Parkgate Mobility in Wakefield, Yorkshire, and Adrian went through all of the keys he had until he found one that worked, and all he asked for was that we drop it back after the weekend.

We had an issue with the battery handle on my husbands scooter, I called in to the mobility shop in pontefract where Helen was great in trying to help, she was unable to get a part but suggested calling down to the mobility shop on Saville Road Castleford & her husband would have a look, we went straight down & he fixed it for us with no charge( was just a screw that had come loose)service was fantastic from both Helen & Keith. Thankyou again
