Late afternoon, My scooter was trapped against a wall. Insurance returned it to my home. I rang Parkgate to request repair help.
Alan from Parkgate was with me by the early afternoon of the same day. No fuss ensured the scooter was working. Realigned the bodywork that had been forced off. Checked, all working OK. All by 2 pm the same day; well done, Parkgate, well done, Alan. Thank you

"Customer service at it's best"

I first contacted Parkgate mobility in December. And after the initial inspection a new part had to be ordered. However Christmas and the New year caused a delay. But promptly on January 6th Wayne came out with the new part. Unfortunately he found my scooter was now obsolete and could not be repaired with the new part. As it was now no longer any use to me he kindly agreed to take it away as a possible source for spare parts. His manner was very polite and apologetic and he showed respect for my property.
Although the Company were not able to help me this time I will not hesitate to call them in the future if a need arises. A charming and efficient Company.
