Five stars for Adrian at the Wakefield branch. We made a phone call yesterday with regards to a wheelchair he was so easy to talk to with a very friendly manner. He gave us the information we needed and we arranged to collect the wheelchair today. We arrived at the shop and Adrian had got the wheelchair ready for us , no pressure from him just a very friendly service so BIG shout out to Adrian. We would highly recommend this shop and deal with this lovely knowledgable chap to anyone. So so friendly and made you feel at ease.

We arrived to the Wakefield store at closing time (we didn’t realise) we offered to come back but Adrian wouldn’t hear of it. We’d had some bad news and I wanted to get my Dad a scooter as quickly as possible for the short time he will use it. Adrian kindly went through our options and allowed my Dad a test drive in store. We left with a scooter and a feel good feeling as Adrian made us all laugh. Thank you Adrian (even if you do support a rubbish team)
