I have a large mobility scooter which, recently started stuttering and jerking. Adrian and Mick were very helpful, took the scooter from me at the Wakefield shop and told me they would assess it and get back to me. They managed to get the parts - it's an old scooter - fixed the scooter and returned it in a few days, all for £62. Fantastic job, unbelievable price and I now have a scooter that drives like a new one. Highly recommend this place for scooter repairs. Also, a good range of scooters in the shop, if you are thinking of buying one. Big thanks guys.

Thank you to the lovely lady at the Barnsley store who assisted us today with purchasing a four wheeled walker for my mum. She was very patient with my mum who has Alzheimer’s and doesn’t grasp things straight away. Sorry I didn’t get the ladies name but the customer service we received was 100%. A real asset to the Barnsley store. Have a lovely Christmas.

I needed an engineer to look at my scooter and was visited by Scott. He was incredible! Nothing was too much trouble, he diagnosed the problem and now my scooter is working perfectly. He was very pleasant and friendly. A credit to the company.

I took my mother in law to the Denby dale store to look at mobility scooters. Adrian was very helpful and gave us good advice. She was very nervous as she hadn't driven one before. Adrian was very encouraging when she had a drive round the store. He showed me how to dismantle it for the car and nothing seemed too much trouble for him. My mother in law decided to purchase the scooter there and then and is over the moon with it. Excellent customer service.
